Don’t listen to anyone saying that you shouldn’t approach girls at the gym. Just be self-aware of it like “hey i know this is kinda random cause we’re at the gym and all but…” and then give a very non-sexual compliment, like if she has tattoos say “you’ve got cool style/tattoos” (I did this a week ago and it worked out fine) and then have a regular conversation and ask for her number at the end. Also, don’t interrupt her workout or do something weird/fake like ask for a form-check or whatever. J…

Nice counterargument

Yeah just focus on your breathing as you inhale and exhale. If your mind wanders on to random thoughts then you return to your breath. This kills your ego because it brings you into the present moment, and in the present moment the ego cannot exist.

You just sit down with good posture and then you focus on your breath for however long you set your timer for. Start off with 5 mins or less. Just do as many minutes as you can comfortably do without straining yourself and it'll be an easy habit to keep up.

Nothing has done more for me in becoming attractive or just in life in general than meditation has, and I've only been meditating for ~7 months now. I'm excited to see where I'll be at one year from now.

I don't have any quotes to give you, but the book is about 80% useful information and 20% weird new-age shit that can be safely ignored. The main premise of the book is that for a relationship to be successful it needs to have masculine and feminine polarities. This means that if one person is very masculine (authentically masculine, that is, not conforming to a role), then the type of person who would be compatible with them in a relationship is someone who is very feminine. Basically the type …

This is why meditation is key. It has allowed me to stop projecting my ideals on to hot girls, and seeing them more as they really are. In fact, I can talk to a hot girl now and if she has a bad personality or bad overall energy then I am turned off by her, whereas before I probably would've forgiven those flaws because of her physical attractiveness.

Keep it up, just start small so that you get a good habit going and then increase time from there. I've been doing it for six months and I started with 5-10 mins per day, and in the last 1.5 months I've gone up to 20 mins per day. All I do is turn on the app Insight Timer, and then I sit or lay down focusing on my breathe. The main benefit is that you become much more present and that keeps you more often in a state of being/doing rather than overthinking. You are more in touch with your emotion…

I've never done therapy, but I've found that mediation has been amazing for my mental health. Before I started a daily habit just 6 months ago, I was practically lost in my mind, now I feel that I've regained control.

Shave head, grow facial hair, lift weights, meditate, read books, improve style, follow passion = get pussy I'm only 20, but I find that way hotter girls have become attracted to me since going bald. I would not say I'm really good looking, either. I'm real tall and muscular, but I was both of those things when I had hair, and I barely got any attention back then. The more I've worked on improving myself, the more girls have become interested in me. Try it. It works. You'll find that most girls …

Breathing meditation or whatever it's called

I don't remember watching any videos, but here's what I do: 1. Sit down cross-legged or in a chair 2. Set a timer on your phone for however long you want to meditate (i recommend insight timer) 3. Close your eyes and take a breathe in until your lungs are full, hold it for a few seconds, then breathe out. 4. Focus on breathing and when you catch your mind wandering, calmly return back to your breathe. Thats about it. Just start out with five minutes or less and if you can do that then go up to t…

If you go out and talk to at least 3 new girls everyday for the next month then theres a good chance you'll get laid. If yoy haven't had your first kiss at 22 then you probably just aren't taking enough action and putting yourself out there.

I started meditating about a month and a half ago and its made a dramatic improvement to my coversation skills and confidence. It keeps me out of my head most of the time so I'm not plagued by self-conscious and worrying about what I'm gonna say next. This is my first semester at a new college and I had basically no friends until after I began meditating. It creates this deep calm inside of you that attracts people to you without having to try.

I'm in college as well and I second the advice about not being overly gamey. I have a school with a large number of people in it and I still end up seeing the same people time and time again at parties and bars. I think the best method is to be indirect when you approach because if you are really direct and she rejects you then it'll be awkward as hell when you see her on campus lol. Just focus on making male and female friends and having a fun time overall.

They have screwed me over before. They really badly about others when they aren't in the room and then are friendly to them when they are there. Two of them are always really friendly to me and then sometimes they'll mention how they wanna be a part of my band when they barely even play an instrument. In the past three of them have talked badly about me due to jealousy about my band. On top of their fakeness, they don't really have ambition in life other than "get famous and rich somehow" and th…

Ok thats what the general consensus seems to be. I haven't done any cold approaches at this school, I've just been working on social circle game, so I'm all good then.

Ok yes, sitting at home all day playing video games being a fat slob is not going to get any girls (except for in sssniperwolf's boyfriend's case lol). I mean more like once you begin to work on yourself, pursue your goals, and enjoy life without needing a relationship, then thats when the girls come along. If your only goal is to get a girl, then you will probably not succeed.

Read Models by Mark Manson and check out some RSD stuff to understand that women don't feel attraction the same way as men. Men are primarily attracted to looks, while women are primarily attracted to personality, status, etc. Now, the next step is to just work on yourself. Two routes I'd recommend for this are lifting and reading (if you don't already do these hobbies). Lifting is a great hobby for your physical health, but it may be even better for your mental health. You will leave the gym fe…
