What age did you get into seduction/self-improvement/pickup and how long after that did you start seeing results?

Started seriously @19. I’m now 21. I didn’t get the consistent results I wanted until I worried less about the pull . Once I started to put focus on my health, reading , meditating, and studying game. It was just like killing two birds with one stone. Once you appreciate game and accept where you are in game you will get laid. Appreciate every step of your process! If you’re on step 3 but worried about step 10 (sex.) You may be ignoring some steps you need to improve on to better your game. If your soul purpose of self improvement is to get sex, you will have less sex.

@25, 90 days, 1 summer of going out every night. I've never had a six pack and never been over 6 feet tall.

Go out with a plan, do what you need to do, reflect on plan, change the plan.

The short game aka cold approaches in night game for same night lays is solvable.

Most guys that get good at this are also lucky enough to not be handsome, rich, or tall. It forces them to develop their personalities, but they also to figure out most girls are full of shit, especially the hot ones.

All this self development stuff is good for developing self and being a good long term option - but girls treat potential boyfriends different than guys they bang.

Started calisthenics at 13, was into PUA stuff, but you know as a shy teen, I knew stuff but never applied it other than on internet "text game". But that text game got me few long distance relationships. Now I'm 16 and a half and started to see real solid results,physically and mentally. I got rid of shyness and other things.

Depends. To be completely honest with you 95% of guys that get into this stuff will never get better with it. They will lower their standards and settle. The other 5% are either good looking and lucky or they only needed a push in the right direction. To tell if you in the 5% it should only take about a month of absorbing these ideas. The good news is there is an 100% way to become one of the 5%. Go to therapy, deal with your own shit and insecurities first. Come back a "man" this stuff will still be here and you will 100% succeed
