Just carry a gun. BJJ is essentially useless to an attacker with a blunt object or a knife

Try cable crunches also. They’re a great abs exercise

Good post, I sometimes need to remind myself that people don’t care about what you’re doing. Like they see you on the street and forget about you in 10 seconds

You’re right, I’d just start trying to add other plates after that

Keep an eye on it but don’t confront her about any of it. Just keep cool and see if anything else suspicious happens. I’d probably start pursuing other girls though

I’m going to wait it out for a while and see what the impacts are. I’ve become skeptical of things being shoved down my throat by media and celebrities after swallowing the red pill.

You’ll never know their really n-count. A lot of them don’t even count hookups and one night stands. It’s best to vet potential LTRs from other red flags because it’s hard to get a real number

I’ve found the same thing for the most part with only a few exceptions. If I ask for their number on tinder and they give me their Snapchat, I usually know that they’re not that interested. Sometimes you can set stuff up right on Tinder though without their number.

$10,000 for in-state tuition, at least for NY. Books are free PDFs online. Rent is $300 a month. Nowhere near $30,000. Plus average in-state tuition in the US is under $10,000. And I didn’t mention room and board or books in my original comment. I’m just trying to point out that college isn’t as expensive as people think in the US. People just go to overpriced private schools and collect way too much debt when they don’t have to
/r/askTRP28/03/21 04:30 AM

That’s only for private schools or out of state schools. Most private schools in the US have a tuition of at least $50,000 and people mostly go to them because of their reputation but you can get a quality degree from an in-state school for only $8,000. Out of state tuition is also usually around $40,000. For example, if I lived in New York and wanted to go to a state school in California, it would cost around $40,000. But if I wanted to go to a state school in New York, it would cost around $8,…

Also processed seed oils are not good for you and are certainly to blame for many health problems from the last 100 years. They’re also put in everything

I always find it funny when people deny that there are a small number of people with tremendous influence and power. Like they literally announce it to the world that they have a group that they meet with. They don’t even try to keep it a secret. But people are still so bluepilled

It’s rough at first, but once you push through and do it for a long enough time, it’s harder to NOT go to the gym in the morning. It’s that addicting

Good point. Also, if you want to make friends like this you need to provide value to them as well such as job connections like you mentioned.

Good post. Thanks for the info. I like meditating by feeling my breath go in and out of my body. Anybody else have methods they like?
/r/TheRedPill10/03/21 12:53 AM

I’m not sure if it’s premeditated. But something strange is definitely going on. Fertility rates are plummeting, possibly due to unnatural seed oils in everything. Men have lower T levels now than before

I’m a little nervous that masks and shit are just going to be a thing forever now. Like one day is the government just going to be like, “Okay no more masks”? Yeah I’m thinking probably not unfortunately

It’s unfortunate but I think it’s true. Getting girls to cheat on their boyfriends will red pill more of them

I feel you. But I’ve found that 6-8 month relationships are a good move with some single time in between. It seems that after the 6-8 month mark is when the relationships start to fall apart because you can’t pass every shit test perfectly and girls start to get bored. But during those 6-8 months it can be great because they’re still obsessed with you

Go shark fishing from the beach if you live near one. If you have any questions on tackle or strategies pm me or watch YouTube videos

Good advice. How did you end up getting the bar tending job? I’ve heard they are competitive where it takes a couple years to advance to that point.

Pretty prevalent for me. I get an e-mail from my school almost everyday with the subject line, “Let’s Talk About Race”. I take engineering though so we don’t really talk about it in my classes.

You got anymore ideas for follow ups after your first line? It has a great response rate but it can be difficult to follow up if they have a bland profile and no bio

This might be late but I’ll be like: (Me): “What’s up?” (Her): “Just chilling”/“Bored” If she’s busy or doing something usually I’ll answer another time. (Me): “Sounds like we could both use some company” (Her): “Haha true” (Me): “I can come to your place at 9” Bang it’s that simple

Learning to fight was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m sure you’ve heard all the benefits already. The fact of the matter is, if you’re asking it means you want to train. Do it dude, I can’t recommend it enough. If I were in charge, I’d make everyone train. The world truly becomes your oyster in every single way. Thanks for the advice brother, you sound like an animal and good luck with your recovery.

I'm doing a PPL split rn and I've been making huge gains since switching to it from lifting 3 days a week full body. I thought it would be too much too but I'm liking it a little better so far

Yeah you probably are safe then, but I don’t have any experience with boxing so I’d talk to someone who does

Idk if I’m drawn to it so I might just stick to shark fishing as my “dangerous” hobby. I guess it’s kind of like wrestling when I pin them down to take the hook out. And a bonus that they’re trying to hurt me

I’m pretty sure boxing isn’t as bad on body parts like joints and ligaments but it can be harmful to the brain which is probably worse depending on the severity

Definitely just block her on social media just act like she doesn't exist anymore I know it's difficult but just keep going. Definitely try meditating it will make you more mindful and will allow you to stop thinking about her. And this should also be able to help you focus on studying. There's also ~3.5 BILLION other girls on this planet with atleast 500 million in solid dating range

I didn't but my friend did and he made a full recovery and is still as good at sports as he was before. Long recovery time but he was still able to get back to his previous athletic ability and strength he had before

Makes me nervous too, might just stick to failure in the 8-12 range with perfect form instead of doing 1 rep max
