I have limited time to myself so I tend to ensure a good long wait at first to prevent wasting my time, when I could be doing some good ol self care or hanging with friends instead. So what exactly did the police do with the initial report that a witness literally called 911 because a car was speeding and hitting the curb and a witness saw a man slapping a woman?
