1	STBXW and I are going to file uncontested DIY forms. yes because you or your exes attitude can change at any given moment during the process and the forms have long lasting implications - meaning in 10 years the agreement or parental plan may not suit you both and it could become a huge issue. 1	NYC - Lawyer Fees/Retainer help Thank you for the reply, pal! I am looking into it as well as a personal loan as a possibility. You confirmed what the lawyer did in terms of being on the hook for it/legal bills.
