All these feminist subs are just the same old female hierarchy. We can all see what message she is conveying to other women; "I am so beautiful that I am annoyed how often I get called beautiful! I cant do anything without EVERYONE telling me how beautiful I am!" They know they have such low value that they feel they have to create a fake sense of value, and make it known. " I wish ALL MEN would just stop telling me how fucking beautiful I am all fucking day!!"

Not everyone needs it, but HE may. I am not sure, but I think that if he completely pays off his mortgage, his credit will take a hit, its similar to a credit card, on a larger scale. Credit bureau will see it now as "available credit: 200k, credit utilization: 8k. If he pays it off, he goes to 0 available credit (for this account) and 0 utilization (0 on 0 isnt good) he would only be left with his other lines of credit, which may not give him the Utilization rate needed for those higher credit …

I will have to look into that. I generally use higher end packs, then I go through and velcro any extra strapping down after sizing it so nothing will flap around or slap at me. It would be hard for me to give up features and qualities I like and use, for one that I need but do not want. Maybe there are break-away connections I can have put "in-line" on the straps.

That changes when you get into investing. If you have 200k, and make an average of 7% on it annually you should not spend that 200k paying off a house when your mortgage from your great credit score gets you the loans for 3.8%. now you just "saved" yourself $500 a month. I have a similar amount in a savings account, because I sold my home at the top of the market, and rent a room now, and instead of tossing it all the lump sum of cash into my investments, I "dollar cost average" it over a few years. Also leaves me liquid to invest in anything that pops up (father recently wanted to get rid of ~10k in gold a little below spot price, so i took that deal). I did put "most" of it directly into my investments however. This will just be a small hedge against possible …

Similar situation! Rent a room 10 min from my similar paying job. Save most of my money and invest it. It is always a good idea to keep liquid cash handy, whether it be in a savings account, cash or other very liquid asset. The difference comes when the amount becomes substantial. "Cash" isn't generally touted as great for saving because you are losing a percentage (1-2%) every year due to inflation, so even in a banks 2% savings account is better, but of course then the money is "known." Up to about 20k id feel okay having in cash, but above that I would not want to take the inflation hit each y…

Depends on what that time is worth to you. 25k/156= $160 an hour. If you meant an hour more each way, $80 an hour. 63k/year is $30/hr. This is after 8 hours so it should be considered OT. OT on $30/hr is $45/hr. So even on the low end of $80/hr you are almost double your expected OT. So now it just depends on if you have more valuable (to you) things to do with that time than "earn" that much.

Just do your own thing man. I date, but I don't see myself marrying. If you enjoy spending time with a person, do it. I recently got a new motorcycle, with ABS braking. I feel like I have a good motorcycle that is safe to ride, but in the back of my mind I constantly softly remind myself that it is still a dangerous thing to enjoy. The statistics and experiences of others still hold true and must be heeded. If I get too comfortable, before I know it I could have let my guard down and be seriousl…

Sex stopped. Gained a ton of weight. Would do 0 to contribute to the household. Sat on couch watching Netflix anytime she was not at work. Only ate fast food. Would try to gaslight me when I would be upset after doing yard work for 3 hours to find her still in pajamas watching "Pretty Little Liars" but couldn't walk the vaccuum around the air conditioned house for 10 minutes.

Can you elaborate? What is your difference between "save" and "invest"? You mean you will literally let five hundred thousand dollars just sit and only invest the other half?

Most offenses (even slight traffic offenses) are "arrestable." Officer discretion. I think this person should have been arrested. She is a threat to peaceful people in public, obviously.

LOL. You are insane. You honestly believe people should be able to walk around and take someones property. She was infringing on someones CONSTITUTIONAL right to free speech. To be secure in their personal effects. You are one special snowflake. The punishment has to have weight, or theft like this would be rampant.

"copping to a lesser charge" you confess to a small crime, to negate suspicion of a larger one. See it on "Cops" all the time.

That blue is NICE. I purchased the black one. Quick comment: The lume (after direct natural light) in a somewhat lit room, is a blueish green, as opposed to more green in complete darkness. Pretty cool when I first saw it. https://ibb.co/hZpZMtb

But intense labor jobs generally are paid well. How is that men not having an option that women generally do not? ( Just like the option women have of trading sex). Of course it's not fair, but no one ever said life would be fair. I interpreted it as you mean it, I just think a better path is to gyow, get your piece of the pie, and leave the complaining and crying to women.
/r/MGTOW06/04/19 08:49 PM

One flaw I see in this idea is that it assumes that the female has to use the option of trading body for financial security. That would be similar to saying all men must do labor intensive jobs because we are born with more muscle or capability to build muscle. Your idea just doesn't scale. Life is not fair. Adapt.

Yeah, pretty pictures and all but either be your own boss, or stop complaining. Businesses have overhead and startup costs. You cant be expected for the company not to want reward for the risk they take of starting and running the business.

Okay, you can live quite well on that amount. Still does not compute. Say we have a bear market for a few years. Say the market returns 3% for 2 years in a row. His expenses to live wont change, using your "Little more than that per month ($1200) he would still need to spend $14,400 that first year, while only making $3900. Now he is down $10,500. 119,500. now that second year, he still spends $14,400, but makes $3585. Now he lost $10,815. He is down to under $110,000. Now , even on good years (…

Be able to not work with ~130k? I agree in investing, but mainly for snowballing then supplemental income when he wants to upgrade his lifestyle a bit. Even in a good market, he would net under $1000 more a month. Not enough to quit working and whittle sticks full time.

I would opt for keeping or getting the optimal work/life balance. Live well below your means for a few years. Invest into index funds, maybe some metals, whatever you research and feel comfortable with. Then, you can cut back your investment contributions, and live within your means, (which will feel like an upgrade because you were living below it) while letting your investments snowball. In a few short years, you can have financial independence, and start to use some of the interest you make e…
