3	Dealing with Rejections Effectively - 10 Reasons Rejections Actually Lead to Deeper Connections I can't speak much for the long term, but I can speak for the short term. In brief: I don't feel much different before I pursue the rejection. However, I do feel amazing after I ask the question, it's like hearing a response is better than living in perpetual "what if?" along with the reward of just completing a task I find personally challenging. 9	Dealing with Rejections Effectively - 10 Reasons Rejections Actually Lead to Deeper Connections Love this article, it had some really good points and got deep without sounding pretentious, very humbling and easy to read. The article pretty much describes why I decided to pick up a 40 days of rejection challenge. I had enough of approach anxiety and the initial fear of rejection. 2	What Makes People Boring? I highly recommend reading How to Win Friends & Influence People then. That book changed the way I conversed with others and it pretty much covers everything written in that article in more detail and how to get better at it.
