Meditate for 20 minutes in my opinion. Also agree with the other poster about self confidence, you need to know you're hot shit in order to command the room. Do whatever you need to feel comfortable in your skin, if that's lose or gain weight or dress differently that too helps. Pretty much only eat meat and cheese myself, keto allows much more however. Just what my body can take. Keto gives your brain elevated levels of gaba (alcohol Xanax etc) so I feel much brighter and less apathetic towards everything.
