Someone non-coach able will not fit well in a team. 2	Red Pill Husband I think you are in the right here, BUT so is his response. Unfortunately actions are more important to show congruence with your thinking, and while women in general prefer emotional commutation men in general prefer informational (EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS-before someone jumps in). He sounds reasonable and is clearly upset that something is not going as he hoped so if you can both try to identify and work through that you probably have a good chance.
