Thanks for the tip, i think I worry too much about sounding dumb, and just like you said, that insecurity is picked up on quite easily. I'll work on the idgaf attitude as well. One thing I love about trp is there is an abundance of people who will give it to you straight. That's exactly what dudes need to take themselves to the next level and continue improving. 1	Shut up and sit still. If I really don't know, this is almost always my response. I have more of a problem where there are multiple routes I could go and I'm internally trying to decide on the actual answer. When I write it out it's obvious now that I should just be saying, "there's a couple routes we could go, but I'm sorting out the details to decide which one works best for the company." 3	Shut up and sit still. Any tips for someone who is actively trying to accomplish the same thing? My biggest problem is answering technical questions when I'm not immediately sure if the answer. I stutter along and then it's all downhill.
