I'm sure your therapist has talked with you a bit about emdr already, but I had some trouble kind of grasping how emdr was supposed to "work", and one thing that's important is to just let your mind focus on what it wants to focus on. 5	Could need some insights (Ranty) If you're tired of playing games, don't. Of all the relationships I've been in, whether casual or not, I try to be as clear as possible about what I want or need. That can be hard sometimes because it makes me vulnerable to being turned down or for the conversation/relationship to not work out, but that's ok.
