Are you eating enough? Are you following a structured program? Are you recording your lifts? Are you applying progressive overload? The list goes on...

If you’ve just started lifting you’ll be gaining muscle and losing fat which means you won’t have much movement on the scales. ‘Don’t be a slave to the scales’ What’s in the mirror is the best metric of how you’re doing.

You answered your own question. By spinning one plate you’re going into blue pill mentality. You know the answer.

You do the exact same as last time but fuck her this time. Escalate etc

Anything other than a calf raise in a smith machine is dumb. Just because ‘everyone else’ doesn’t rack their weights, doesn’t mean you don’t have to. Got into an altercation where you were in the wrong, with someone double your size. Idiotic.

You need medical help if this isn’t a troll post.

He’s not a ‘real’ doctor, he’s a chiropractor. He shouldn’t really even use the Dr credential

I meant 100g sugar (400 calories) in a calorie deficit, say like 2000 cals for average man. Where the calories come from doesn’t really fucking matter (Obviously adequate protein and healthier sources of calories is better)

Bro I have abs and I can eat whatever the fuck I like as long as I’m in a calorie deficit. Don’t push this anti sugar bollocks.

Hahaha source : a chiropractor. Sugar does not stop you ‘burning fat’ if you’re in a deficit; you will lose fat, even if you ate 100g of sugar. You cannot defy thermodynamics.

What is done is done, you can’t change the past. Move on and don’t worry about things that are out of your control, there’s an extremely small chance she’s pregnant, cross that bridge if it comes to it.

You probably have the appetite of a 12 year old girl, because if i ate fast food for every meal, I’d be fat in a few months.

You don’t need to go everyday, less is more - you need rest. Train full body 3x a week or upper/lower 4x a week (Find a good programme and follow it for minimum 3 months). Track your lifts and calories.

You’re overthinking. Wear a condom for vaginal sex. The end.

I’ve done this before, it is simply not worth it. (Granted I was drunk, I’ve never done it sober)

1450 is too low bump it up to 2000, have refeed days every now and then (Maintenance calories). Don’t be a slave to the scales, it’s what you see in the mirror that counts.

Long term relationship does not equal low n count. You’d be fucking surprised at what someone can get up to within months.

Do everything opposite to the women on there basically. Have about 4/5 pictures, have a topless but not one you’ve taken yourself (On holiday), no filters, not all of your pictures in a group, not every picture with shades on, no selfies, definitely no mirror pictures, recent-ish pictures etc

Eat 2000 calories a day, get a calorie counter app. The weight will come off.

Is it sustainable over a lifetime? I’m not talking about a few years max. Fasting is a quick fix not a lifestyle change and there’s plenty of research to show that the majority go back to their original weight (plus a few pounds). You’re not changing the habit of overeating over decades, that leads people to being obese.

Don’t do cocaine. The number one feeling of cocaine is ‘I want more cocaine’, it’s a spiral and as someone else has said, I know a lot of people who went from casual users to heavy users (borderline addicts) pretty easily.

Don’t fast. It’s not sustainable, you’ll more than likely not fast for as long as you say and ‘rebound’. Just gradually lose weight by making food choices (Calorie deficit) that are sustainable and keep the weight off forever and add some form of training to help as well.

How long have you been thinking about this? There’s no rush, just think about it for say another year or so, still feel the same. Do what you want to do. You could easily change your mind. And the success rate of reversals after 10 years is 40% (Keeps dropping every year after that - not ‘easily’ reversed)

Eat around 2800-3000 calories a day, around 150g of protein. Use a calorie app of some kind (MyFitnessPal) to track it. (If you don’t put on weight, add on another 100 cals a day until you’re putting on around 0.5-1lb a week, weigh yourself weekly) Get a programme, don’t just go in the gym and lift whatever you feel like doing, track on lifts and have a regimented programme (Plenty of free ones on the internet). Depending on your expertise, I’d recommend a full body 3x a week, or upper/lower spl…
