Damn bro, my bad. Sorry for the lack of perspective. I don't know what to tell you, but I am sure you will read something that will encourage you to do something that will nourish you.

Thank you man, god bless you. I am not religious but I see the good in religious beliefs. Scientifically, people who believe that God has a plan for them experience less stress than those who don't believe in God. It makes sense as there are various cultural traditions and practices that evolved from religion that help greatly in societal cohesion, family love and acceptance of others. It is not without it's faults however those who are religious but are progressive can be religious while modern…

Thanks man, I appreciate the words. What you say about my mind is true, like the saying goes, a terrible master but a good slave, or something like that

Very true what you say. I did delve into the dark triad ways. It provides results, however ethically and morally I was not happy even though I got the results I wanted. Short tern, you get what you want, long term, it did not align with my beliefs. For people with low moral standards or who do not have strong feelings of guilt for manipulating people, might be the best way to succeed.

When a chick broke up with me and I lost it over the phone, the gentlemen at asktrp told me to pick up the pieces of my frame off the floor, go to the gym, and go pick up some other chick. In the meantime, grieve in silence. The harsh truth for the modern man.

Nothing matters. I have been going to the gym, trying to get in shape. But what is the point? To be better than I was yesterday? There are other men who I am in direct competition with for the same sexy women, who started working out and have more muscles than I will ever have. I have been eating healthy. It takes time and effort, but it saves me money. Every meal I have is sad and pathetic as I feel the minutes passing as I chop onions and garlic while I know I could be doing something else mor…

Hello everyone. I am a 29 year old male who has spent the last 16 years of his life masturbating to pornography, smoking weed and mindlessly browsing the internet. After graduating highschool I broke up with my girlfriend because I was masturbating to porn so much I didn't find her pretty anymore. If you google 'delusions of grandeur' I think that is something I may have. I have always thought that based on my good looks and personality I would be able to get these perfect porn princesses. My friend is like you, grew up with a single mother. He is emotional and gets angry at the slightest things. I think stoicism, meditation and working out to exhaustion help maintain a rational energy-saving approach to having to deal with outbursts. A deeper connection to your body by understanding your thoughts and emotions and seeing what they're trying to tell you will allow you to behave in a more logical manner in the fashion that you envision your best self to behave. Team sports like …

Find your voice. Don't wanna go super tryhard and have the deepest voice but have a relatively decently deep voice. Not everyone has the genetics to sound like the movie trailer guy but also don't sound like you got castrated at 10 years old. Your voice should be easy to find by talking more, (also not too much) and keeping your throat hydrated. Your tone of voice is also situational so try to always have the same voice when talking to your peers. Though you would be surprised how often a deep v…

In my opinion there are three types of RPers in the world. a) Those who try to out-Alpha every man by competition, whether it's done by money, status, confidence, dominance, fucking someone's girl, fucking someone over in business, creating disadvantageous environments for other men, withholding valuable information, monetizing intellectual property, sabotaging other's businesses or relationships, destroying other men's confidence. Knowledge is nothing without action. Experience is the greatest teacher, and with experience comes along failure and disappointment. Expectations are the primary source of disappointment. This is why attaining perfection is impossible, perfection is constant self improvement. Why must we compare ourselves to who we were yesterday, when we can compare ourselves to who we were five minutes ago? (Not trying to correct you, just trying to live in the present, as tomorrow will never come) Many people…

This is why lifting is important bro. You gotta lift! When you start lifting, it's humbling. You compare yourself to the other guys at the gym, you try to lift heavy. You get down, you get up, you keep going, you lift heavier, more reps, better recovery, you learn, you sleep, you go again. > The most important part about lifting is KNOWING YOUR BODY. Some days you gotta take it easy - you gotta rest. Some days are cardio days. Some days are leg days. Some days you feel strong, you're motivated. …

The video explains Aldous Huxley's vision of the future from his book Brave New World very well. We are distracted and misinformed, we form reactionary judgements to superficial and superfluous news, our shallow online interactions remove empathy and community contact. We are too distracted by Netflix, videogames, social media, news media - the internet in general. We are driven by consumerist competition amongst each other and cannot devote the time and attention to reading and informing oursel…

Yeah after a certain age have a sex session once a week is just fine. We're tired and we got shit to do. Different women, and younger women will keep an old man's dick hard. Cut out porn, eat healthy, supplement zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, etc. and lift heavy, squat heavy. Testosterone through the roof! Save it for the weekend, have two or three plates, life is good, sex is as basic a need as sleep, but thankfully we only need to have sex once in a while instead of sleeping everyday for 8 hours.

My definition of perfection is constant improvement. One can perfect anything we do, we just have to apply the principle of Do Easy. Doing things in the most efficient and calm way as possible, as if everything was aligned to be done perfectly. When one applies this practice, we are mindful of our thoughts and actions. This way we can constantly be questioning our habits and routines and asking ourselves "is this what the alpha man I will become in the future do?" "is this how he would do it". F…

Sorry, I can't find the source now. I do take most of my science literature seriously and only from reputable academic journals. Most papers I read are from general agreed consensus if I'm going to link them to pseudo-science or philosophy so I can be sure I can trust the new approach. The importance of mantaining your emotions is that when something really angers you, you are entirely within your right to demand better treatment. If nothing angers you or saddens you, you are not human. You are a shell of a human. Getting in contact with your emotions is great. The importance of meditation is seen when you can correctly identify an emotion and associate it with an event. Then you decide how to proceed. It is all about control. If I'm not mistaken that is the "go and see" philosophy in which there is meticulous control over the design process and manufacturing, the whole nine yards. Which is why Toyota and Honda have such rigorous quality control. This is a great philosophy that can be applied throughout your life, everything has a right way and a wrong way. Everything you do must have a whole effort and never let mediocrity take hold of anything you do. Control, patience and standards in everything from your thoughts …

Credit cards are smart because you`re not spending your money. Fraud, theft, etc. All protected by your bank, whereas debit cards you are held liable. Credit cards, for every purchase you make you are credited, whereas debit cards have little advantages. In fact, you are losing money with debit cards but with credit cards even with interest and fees you are rewarded with increasing your credit score ever so slightly. Which is better than slowly bleeding money on your debit's monthly fees.

A place of accountability, ethics, respect and positivity. Integral aspects of good men. Can you pinpoint the reason why you did not turn into one of your friends? Is it because you found value in what little you had? How did you take the bunny's sacrifice? Common problem with new RPers is they overcompensate from their niceness. It's good at first, at least for me it was. Personally, looking for faults in oneself is good as long as the course of action is immediate improvement or an actionable plan. It's like balding, it's a defect but you can improve it by just shaving it all. Sometimes we must analyze our character and perform some self doubt to see what truly resonates with us negatively, what triggers us emotionally or what can break our frame. And work on it. What do you think?

> until one day you wake up, and you are that guy. That's basically fake it til you make it. Don't want to be pedantic or anything just wanted to point that out because I think it's important to see *when* you make this change. I still have my self-doubt, am I really like this? What if this is the way I was genetically programmed to behave? How do I compare to the ideal RP man? etc etc. Thanks for this. I will read more about impostor syndrome, I needed this.

That's a good point but I still don't think it's building power per se. These were daily habits men in the '50s had, this in no way built power, confidence maybe but power is something that involves frame, character and accountability. It is very Machiavellian but most Dark Triad RPers have a capitalistic nature. Not excusing yourself is fundamental but some theories here are damaging to others and morally conflicting. Setting aside ethics for lucrative profit is nothing new in this day and age, however as men we must have a code. Movements all over the world in past and present were fueled by false hope, the blind followers and disciples of leaders used their powerful minds and human strength to mould the world to one man's view. They've got us striving for material things created by others, to live lives according to others and ultimately die peacefully according to others. Rejecting thi…

Hunger, thirst, the libido hunger for power, are all dominant motivating factors which lead to improved willpower, strength/endurance and control. Striving for comfort is needed in order to satisfy our primal needs, this is great for work and performance like lifting, women. Once these needs are met, the next step is to transcend our human needs and wants and go beyond that and search for things that go beyond basic necessities. Men used to walk in the cold rain, hungry and tired. They looked to their right and saw innocents in pain and suffering, they'd look to their right and would see their fellow soldiers. Most of middle-class America will never endure such a struggle, it is why older men respect strength and character. Theory versus experience, it is useless to know all of these things unless you are doing them. A saying I use a lot is: Wisdom is true knowledge. The application of your knowledge is what makes you wise through experience. Theory can only get you so far. Without knowledge there is no wisdom, therefore wisdom is an extension of knowledge. Use this knowledge to your benefit, the world can seem scary but an understanding of it is important to have; without it you will be carried away by the ravenou…

Every time I fuck another girl and come back to have sex with my girl my dick is happy, it gets just as hard as if it was the first time - plus my girl gets impressed with the endurance (just make sure she doesn't see your cum or else she'll know something's up (especially if you don't jack off which you shouldn't anyway)). It's in our genes, gentlemen.

There is also this thing I think some might call "mental masturbation" which is basically that all of those feelings of productivity, motivation, discipline, confidence, etc. make you feel good and get you "in the zone" temporarily but ultimately you must power through on the days that you feel like shit. For confidence and attitude with other people, yeah you better believe you deserve the best of treatment. But when it comes to getting out of bed and going for a run, hitting the gym after a se…

I've been reading a lot about this and it not only is practical for interactions but with your own mind. Not only that, but it also has elements of neuroplasticity. These thoughts and ideas will literally rewire your brain. True statements rephrased from pessimistic to optimistic, from inquiring to conversational, from submissive to authoritative; all have an effect on our mindset and the way we approach problems and situations. Lots of studies in addiction therapy, sports science and depression…

It isn't. But it is lewd. My point was that the sexualization of media has been incrementally more apparent in the past 5 years. Kids nowadays who follow her on Instagram or read a post of hers on Facebook look up her. Hermione is one thing, that audience is a bit moregrown. Bella from Beauty and the Beast on the other hand, is quite frankly pushing the boundary of what's acceptable. Especially in wait of a kid's Disney movie.

I like to snoop through girls phones when they're in the shower, it's honestly a bad habit because who gives a fuck but it is just so fucking interesting to see how the chick I just fucked curves guys better looking than me simply because they didn't talk to her in person or are too thirsty or the shit they tell their boyfriends lmao Remember, always use a condom, the hottest girls always are fucking different dudes. To say that we have been test subjects of new gadgets is not outlandish. These devices are engineered to be addictive. Not only the gadgets themselves but the media we consume on them. Suicide rates among young teenage girls has skyrocketed in the past 15 years and scientists attribute this to social media. I could go on and on but if you read some of the stuff on .r.nosurf (a community to control internet browsing i.e. wasting time) there is a lot of quality content there that talks about how a…

It is true what you say about decisions being made before consciousness (unconscious thought to consciousness). However, the separation of mind and brain is no different than that of the mind and body. Neuroplasticity has the capability of changing the brain circuitry. Adult plasticity--the brain's ability to be rewired not just in childhood, but throughout life, a trait only recently established by scientists. I insist that as forward thinking men, we should have hobbies that produce value. Hobbies that consume things other people have created are good once in a while. But we should use our time productively, 1-2 hours everyday is a lot of time that can be spent on hobby projects. Learning new skills or languages is actually fun. It improves your brain functioning, there is no reason to stop working. Hard work is best for your job/study, passive work (see: shallow work) doesn't have to be necessarily …

Even if you aren't a leader in your group, your rank rises as you prove yourself. Leaving your fellow friends because they showed resistance to change is (in my opinion) not manly at all. I am completely fine with newcomers here because this is knowledge that must be shared to strengthen the male gender, however so much of it can be done without by simply using the search bar. People are so caught up with this idea that they lose track of whats truly valuable in life, experiences not objects. Companies have successfully targeted and hit the minds of consumers and have made expensive yet obtainable luxury items for the middle and top social classes. A luxury supercar is meant to be something for the super rich, not something you save up for. People have it all wrong. People now want to become rich in order to buy expensive things to show status and have fun. Ultimately…

What I've found very fun to do is that I see the world as my playground, and the people who surround me are other kids. Perhaps this comment will go unnoticed but I found out that when I developed new habits my behaviour changed. A change in behaviour means people will treat you differently, which will feel different. The way people treat you and address you in a way makes you, you. Perhaps our subconscious fights against this change? The person who has successfully implemented productive self improvement into their lives, will see the positive change their new habits and routines have brought. This modifies thei…

This is why education/experience is so important. Things that are material can be destroyed, no one can destroy information in your brain. Which is why we must consume with mindfulness or else consumption becomes a distraction. Preserving things takes a lot of energy which is why we must be choosy with what we hold dear. And we must think critically because if not we will fall as prey along with the masses and their sense of belonging.

I find it personally insulting when ugly/fat girls come up to me and flirt. Tip: Going out with attractive girl friends manages to keep them away.

general imam of united states of allah or in the great khalifat of europe Lmfao hahaha To the point though, raising children as well as possible is not even a guarantee that they will become great. Many children (not all of them though) of great men have simply pissed away their potential due to stubbornness and conformity.

This is really good advice, when I first found TRP 3 years ago I thought something like this, not my body as one bro but each individual cell that is born, lives and dies for me. Think about your cells as your bros and put them to work because that's what they want to do.

Of course, but entertainment has some value in the workplace, in the form as subliminal manipulation.

I really like conciseness but also giving out all possible information. In the workplace it's best to show idea then explain process and lastly outcomes. However when playing the power position it's best to show idea in simple fashion, skip process and state the outcome last with a punch. When explaining the process mention it as matter of fact. Information is something that has to be transferred logically in the workplace because feedback is much harder when in a room full of poker faced suits.

These types of discussions I don't entertain them, getting into discussions show other people that you read all about it. Oh right women's rights and feminism that's good really cool, no I don't really care. Then you proceed. Take people at my office for example. They know I know they know I don't care and that gets them angry, if I find myself forced to entertain them I bring up these points as if they were genuine questions I just thought about on the spot, and only bring up the points mention…

Groupies man this pianist and composer from the 19th century was had them Lisztomania or Liszt fever was the intense fan frenzy directed toward Franz Liszt during his performances. This frenzy first occurred in Berlin in 1841 and the term was later coined by Heinrich Heine. Lisztomania was characterized by intense levels of hysteria demonstrated by fans, akin to the treatment of celebrity musicians today, but in a time not known for such musical hysterics. Women fought over his handkerchiefs, gl…

While some are entertained by the glorification of wealth, others are entertaining much greater ideas. With wealth comes power, with this power you can create so many things. Elon Musk is a good example of this; he creates things that benefit humanity even though he can simply lay back and enjoy luxury many people dream of. Ambition for money is not bad at all, what is bad is being content at "making it" and to not take on other challenges in life. To quote another one of your great posts movies…

That's crazy man, it's like if the brain was being scared of changing the way of thought. Because really when you think about it, everyone does different things and our habits shape our way of thinking. We become different people because we interact with different people. It's almost as if our hobbies, habits and careers really shape our the way we think. You could say that we are afraid to have a different personality. Perhaps that's just me. Of course people are too lazy to go to the gym, or ar…
