I have OCD so my thoughts and feelings, especially after a breakup, are obsessive and intrusive. It makes me feel completely out of control and I tend to make stupid decisions. This has helped me immensely.

The last one went to sleep after HOUSING a bag of Doritos. And they were Cool Ranch... Just imagine that morning breath!!!! It was so gross it made me angry.
