I'm not an expert, far from it, but nobody's responded to this as of yet so I guess I'll give it a shot. Id say if you value her as a friend then just be friends with her. I'm such a big introvert, but slowly getting more out there. I think what you wrote is really going to help me. Just talking to everyone should definitely help me. Not just to show girls I don't have an ulterior motive, but just to practice conversation and being less introverted. Great writeup.

Go to r/weightroom it's better than the other subreddits. Also start out with a 5x5 program. ICF 5x5 is probably my favorite. Btw you can't spot reduce fat. Do the program it should be full body 3 times a week and do cardio another 2 days a week to start, more if you want. Always push progressive overload on the weights (try to add weight SLOWLY each week so you continue to progress) if you have any questions PM me Source: I'm ripped lol

Yeah this was my first party and it happened to be a frat party and this is literally how I felt. I'm very shy and I probably didn't look the best at this party as I came from work lol. Thanks though I'll take the advice I do have nice clothes
