I've come across the best tool ever for men's mental health that has personally for me blown traditional therapy, medication, ect out of the water. It gets at root cause stuff. I did a 2hour zoom hypnotherapy session with a guy who specializes in men's issues (his work effectively helps de-bluepill you if you've internalized beliefs that are fucking you up).
