Would you say this is why daygame and cold approach in general works so well by providing you access?

You drink on a work night? Seems counter productive to the gym? Going out on your own is extremely hard and low ROI. Metro areas are extremely expensive and reduce your ability to get a head. I live 0.5 hour from metropolitan area. Don't mistake these as excuses, yes they can be but are genuine barriers that I don't understand how people move last them. E.g. I have a fucked up weak frame, am a low status male at work, struggle to concentrate as it is, there's no way I could have a couple of drin…

No offense taken. Anything that calls me out to improve is fine. Lifting - not currently I have a few injuries that limit a lot of it. Same goes for why I can't join an MMA gym. I'll have to find a work around. Am I living a lifestyle that builds my masculine traits? - probably not enough Thanks for the pointers.

Any more detail than that? I know he's not the be all and end all but that doesn't seem to discredit a lot of his ideas.

Let me preface that I'm in a similar position at 25. I feel like I've fucked it... clocks ticking. First and foremost. You are here. Take stock of your situation. Rate yourself in multiple areas e.g. health, work, play, social, financial. How do you score in each area? Read a book called "Designing your life" is where the above advice comes from and provides a nice counterpoint to hardcore monk mode. Sorting out your fitness is a big one. A lot flows from there. Earning more and being financiall…

Problems moderating - big problems. I'll end up on benders taking drugs and smoking cigarettes. I be an idiot and or chode when I'm drunk. Usually a cause of massive anxiety the next day. Getting drunk gets me no where. No girls. Same aimless low frequency consciousness. Money. Health. That being said I've had good times on booze and think getting drunk with good buddies is awesome fun. I'm not anti-booze. For me personally, it's best to stay away until I make the changes I need to. Once I'm in …

Go monk mode. Do your best to salvage them, even if you don't not doing so is worse. Keep social 1 - 2 times a week if you need it. Don't party or get shit faced. Go for a total ban on booze.

Could you use some cover up when you go out? Focus on being more social first. Maybe do some basic cold approaches in women asking for the time or directions. Build your way up from there. That might help with your shyness. Develop a style with an edge and lift. Compensate for your looks some how so you feel good. Don't worry beat yourself up for having suicidal thoughts. Being at the bottom is hard. You'll build your way out and things will get better. Reading: https://illimitablemen.com/2015/1…

I'm 25 and have the exact same issue (also at the "quarter life crisis" point). I'm in the process of making new friends and it's fucking hard. What I would say is: Join some clubs where you get consistent social contact with similar people. Low investment clubs (e.g. trivago, hiking) are good because you can focus on talking more than learning. Still join things that challenge and interest you if that's what you prefer. Go easy on the Game until you have some social life I just spent a lot of t…

Quality list. I'm a fan of getting it all out my head like this. I'd recommend picking your top 3 focus goals or tasks then doing extra where I can. It's easy to take on too much and then beat yourself up. E.g. Its going to be hard to quick porn, booze and start meditating all on the same day... behavioral change takes time. Be firm but gentle with yourself. I feel for you man, it's rough dealing with booze, bullshit and being alone. Again, don't beat yourself up too much. You wrote your goals o…

I'm the same. Analysis paralysis. It's painful. I don't have a great answer as it's something I'm still working on myself. The way I see it is you'll have to learn how to manage and counter the downsides of being a thinker with strategies and habits. On the plus side, being a "thinker" is also a strength if you can work out a way to leverage it correctly. Some material that might help with overthinking and being analytical: The whole article is worth reading. You'll want to take note of the sect…

Exactly this. I'm 25 and still trying to sort out all the problems you've mentioned, "beginner red pill" if you will. So go easy. Be stoked your red pill aware at 15. Do some reading in self improvement, behavioural change and productivity. There's lots and lot of material. Theres enough here to get you start but books like The Power of Habit are helpful. Do some more specific research / reading for each specific area or project you want to move forward on. DON'T spend endless hours reading. Get…

This is a question I have as well. I have a few medical conditons, including my back that stop me from lifting. What about yoga? Surely that will help with your back. Bike riding?

You're in a very tough situation. For now focus on just getting through each day. If each day is too hard then shorten the time frame to an hour, minute, second - whatever you need. Read The 12 rules for Life by JBP. The advice above is from the book. I also read this Illimitable Men article recently and found it very helpful. https://illimitablemen.com/2015/10/22/how-to-be-happy/amp/ A key takeaway from it for me was: "I accepted myself in spite of myself. I stopped beating myself up for being …

I understand your point and agree that building purpose and stability, the importance of getting laid is less which therefore improves your game. What about buffers? I know your saying build some personal value for yourself first (before pursuing game) but... At what point do hobbies becoming buffers to working on your charimsa and actually approaching?
