I don't know when I'll get another chance to post this. I've never tried Zoloft, but drugs can be a great tool to develop insight if you approach them honestly. They can also be used as a crutch, but anyone who says 'drugs are for pussys' is an imbecile and belongs with the children, not the men.

I just got back from a camping trip. I went up one night earlier than the rest of my friends and spent the night alone in the mountains with my dog camped beside a creek. It was great to hang out with friends the next day, but I really enjoyed the quite solitude of the previous day spent alone with my own thoughts. I highly recommend getting out and camping on your own. It's great for your mind and body.

If you liked the Prince, Machiavelli also wrote 'the Discourses of Livy' which I highly recommend. He talks about the differences between republics and principalities, mostly in the context of Rome. He also wrote his own 'Art of War'. Both well worth reading.

I'd relate the fake alphas to the guys that try to be 'in charge' of the unimportant things. The loud ones that attract early attention but crumble when tested. In my experience, if you are a true leader, you don't usually have to assert yourself to take charge. The only one I'd disagree with is number 1. I recommend staying in good shape) but I find 'lifting weights' is boring and unnecessary.
