I'd probably be considered a mediocre white man. I mean, sure? Cool. Make me angry. Good luck.

I told a group of women I wouldn't date a woman if she supported the rival team of my football (Soccer) team. The amount of tutting and finger wagging I received was laughable. Long story short, most women think they're entitled to men and any preferences men have are seen as bad. Because these preferences can prevent the women from being with the man - or not. It's all about women wanting the choice to date whom they want. Not the other way around. Take a fat women. Fat women feel entitled to d…

The attack on incels is basically society at large making fun of men who can't get laid. Shaming men who aren't sexually desirable has always existed in western culture. Will it ever change? I highly doubt it.

Nothing? Ah yes, men do nothing. I've heard this from a lot of women. But living with a woman you realise they never acknowledge the things you do. But the things you DONT do. That's why they think you do nothing. Because you don't cater to their every need.

I hate the idea that as a man, you've gotta earn good money. I earn decent money and have a steady job. But would not be able to afford to have children - not that I want any. If a woman wants a man to earn good money so HE can look after her and the children. Those particular women better be offering something in return. For me, if you want kids. I'm out. If you want someone to look after you, I'm out. Finally, if you're not a traditional woman, why do you want a traditional man?

A girl matched with me recently just to tell me I had bad photos, then never messaged me again. In her profile, she said she was 'Vegan' and had 'good morals'. Surprise, suprise. Using labels to try and deflect the fact she's a dickhead.

The emotional labour really gets me. I understand it isn't easy supporting people emotionally, but that's what being in a relationship is about. Being there to support one another. It's seemingly a common issue I've seen, especially online, that women complain about and it's ridiculous.

Male beauty standards are insanely unrealistic. Be at least 6 foot, at least 6-7 inches and girthy minimum, have a 6 pack, have a strong jawline, have a good head of hair, be muscular i.e. need steroids, have big hands and wide shoulders, have an attractive Chad face, have some body hair but not much... It goes on and on.

I find a lot of women have an arrogance about them which makes them feel entitled to a 'good' man. Not just any man in general, but a good one at that. All women have a sense of entitlement when it comes to both dating and sex. It's just a fact. But actual good dates and actual good sex with little effort on their part. I recently had a conversation with a woman who I did sleep with many years ago. We are on good terms, but we're just friends now. She told me I didn't make her cum, so I'm merely…

🤦🏻‍♂️ It's a meme and books have been written about mediocre white men. It's in the mainstream. That's why I made this thread. I'm sure Asian men get a lot of hate also. But this particular topic is about how white men are being blamed yet again.

I'm not much older than you (30) and trust me - I've been where you are right now. Firstly, you need to try and let go of your frustrations. Be patient. I get that you're not making the money 'people you know' are earning, but that's life. Life isn't fair. Once you accept life isn't fair, it's easier to understand the world around you. Here in the UK, people aren't as fixated on earnings as they are in the US. So, it might be more difficult for you. But you need to put earnings outta your head. …

In the UK, the education system is completely bias in favour of girls. Ofcom published a report confirming teachers (who are majority female) discriminate against boys, white children and poorer students. Go on any news article published in the last few days about GCSE and the A Levels results. You'll see all girls celebrating. Do boys not celebrate their results or something? I see more and more boys being pushed out of education. It's crazy. It pisses me off also. I mean, just because girls ar…

Nobody feels sorry for young men struggling in the dating market. Young men aren't told they are 'worth it'. I remember dating in my early 20s and I hated it. Dating in general sucks ass, but more especially when you're a young man. Sure, I can imagine single mothers have it tough. No question. But, women. Think of dating a man who has no time, no money and no energy for you. Think of a man who would always put you second, third or even forth. A man who has seen his best days behind him. Who may…

Most online platforms condone male hatred. Check out Twitter, Facebook, online news articles by major magazines, newspapers and media outlets. They are very much anti-male or at least have a negative view on men. Reddit is obviously not much different but at the very least, it is balanced with pro-male spaces like this one.

I think women do in comparison to men. Yes. Although I wouldn't say they are 'spoiled for choice', moreso within their favour. Men in general are less picky and would date a broad range of women. Women tend to be very selective and date a specific type of guy. That and average women don't wanna date average men.

Eh. Nothing new here. As a man, you're sexist regardless. Even if you're a feminist, you're still toxic In the eyes of society. Don't believe me? Go read a news article or two, go read some female only subs. You'll soon realise YOU are the problem. My personal philosophy is this: Be a good person, treat everyone with respect and try and do the right thing. If people don't like that - fuck em.

Men are always fair game. A few weeks ago, I wore shorts for the first time at work. I overheard someone accusing me of having 'chicken legs', then another comment 'too hairy'. These critisms naturally came from overweight and out of shape women.

The BBC is very strange indeed as they essentially force poor people, old people, people who don't even watch the BBC to pay for a TV licence. It's insane. I don't read the BBC much, but I know they are silent on many things.

Id say 50/50. There's a lot of discussion around the cancellation of the monthly TV licence, which I think will happen eventually. By in large, the BBC doesn't have a great reputation these days. Very woke, very anti-white-male that regular people don't appreciate. Its also very London and middle class centric.

Here in the UK there has been so many articles by the BBC and other woke news outlets waxing lyrical about how the pandemic is tougher on minorities and women. Going so far as to say women bare the brunt of the virus. The only articles directed at man are how we are the problem i.e. we don't wear masks and aren't taking social distancing seriously. Men, society doesn't GIVE A FUCK about you. YOU (WE) ARE THE PROBLEM.

I've worked in education and youth clubs seeing first hand how girls and boys interact with each other. Girls will say 'boys can't hit girls' but 'girls can hit boys'. Nobody (staff, teachers) ever tries correcting them. It's mental.

As a man, I'm expected to work and make sacrifices for the happiness of others. If I'm not successful - it's my fault. Everything falls squarely on my shoulders. When I was homeless, I realised there is no safety net for men. Society really isn't concerned with my overall well-being. Unless, of course, it directly effects a wife/girlfriend, kids and others who normally depend on men. Men commit suicide for a number of different reasons, some, highlighted by this post. But the reality is it all c…

Aren't women frustrated with the whole 'emotional labour' BS? Surprisingly, if you LET men have friends. They won't rely solely on their partner (Women) for emotional support. Women, in general, are threatened by male friendships. I've been with countless women who have disaproved of my male friends. Why? Because they fullfil my life and most women are jealous of that fact.

The conversation, if you haven't noticed, has shifted to why MEN won't date taller women? It's not the women's fault, but our fragile male ego to blame - you see? Women WANT to date shorter men, but shorter men have toxic masculinity within them. They suffer short man syndrome, thus are no good. Yes, I'm being hyperbolic but that's the conversations taking place in online spaces. I recently read an article about this very topic on the independent. It was unsurprisingly, trash. Personally, I auto…

To 'man up' is shaming language reserved for all kinds of situations. Not necessarily just looking after women. It's toxic language, I hate it. It's about controlling the narrative! Men beating up women to the point of killing them is obviously a huge problem. But it does go both ways. I never see any campaign directed at women to stop 'killing their children'. It''s all political.

The older I get the more comfortable I am in being a man. If you're a young guy, basically from being a young lad to your 20s, life is tough. Late teens to early 20s, I felt like I endured a lot. But over time, things get better because you get stronger. Being unpopular, ignored and undervalued by women and society is very liberating. It basically means you're invisible, so you can live life on your terms. Im glad I'm not the center of attention. If people don't bother with you, continue on your…

I've got a similar story: About 4 years ago I went out on the town drinking. I hadn't drank loads, maybe a few beers and felt confident in walking home (About 20 minutes) roughly ten minutes before I reached my destination, I was approached by two women. I worked a warehouse/retailing job. Essentially all the men were expected to do all the heavy lifting, yard work (freezing cold), climb ladders, pull of deliveries off waggons, drive the forklift, sort pallets... Everything. The women didn't do shit. Many of them were 'too cold' to even work in the warehouse and would hide in the office or shop floor not doing their job. One woman got hired to be our boss. Not entirely sure what he means by paralysed by patriarchy. I mean, if he's referring to men being forced to work 70 hour weeks to provide for his family, then sure. I get it. I suppose being paralysed could mean they can't be who they are due to social, cultural and religious pressures. But why are we victim blaming? Men get treated like shite be society. He's the sort of person who would play 6-8 hours per day. I know for some people it can be a toxic hobby. That's why it's a really powerful move and I have deep respect for you.

I remember meeting a girl in a club and she was 13. Not sure how she got in. But imagine not knowing, taking her home and having sex. If she goes to the police, for whatever reason. You're getting done for rape. The girl looked 18-19 easily and shouldn't of been in the club. But that responsibility falls squarely on the guy.

From the ages of 4 to 6 a girl used to stalk me. She was very mean also and would hit me, slap me and once or twice used a skipping rope to hit me with. The teachers didn't do anything although on one occasion when she hit me with a skipping rope we did both get in trouble. Let me explicitly say I never ever did ANYTHING to her. Not once. I was too busy staying the hell away from her. I just think if it was the other way around...

Most female managers tend to just bark orders at their staff, both men and women. From experience, women have no idea how to manage or lead a group. Women, just like men. Will abuse the power they are given.

A good friend of mine works in film and has told me many actors use steroids.

It's ironic isn't it? It's as if they have no idea how the male body works. Something we men get criticised for regarding women's bodies.

You also need to remember most actors have access to testosterone gels, pads and aromatase inhibitors. Most bodybuilders are on steroids and athletes train 5-7 hours per day. I've myself have struggled with body image. I was called fat or chubby and teased for it most of my childhood. To this day, I still gain weight very quickly. So I honestly know how it feels.

Any dumb person expecting their partner to look ripped and muscular 12 months of the year... Be prepared for: -Never seeing your partner as they will be in the gym 6 times a week (In my case, twice per day 5-6 per week) -Never going out to restaurants or having drinks -Never having cheat meals or snacks EVER and pretty much eating the same thing every day -High food bill and disposable income spent on supplements, protein powders, creatine, BCAA etc. -Having to eat at specific windows each day r…

A few years ago I worked one-to-one with troubled teens. Many of them young boy living in poverty. What was shocking is how many of these young boys pointed out how unfair they felt their school was. Especially in comparison to girls. An example being girls getting a free pass for not completing their homework, boys getting detention or punishment for literally not understanding concepts or their course work. I remember back in college (UK). I studied in a male dominated field. There were two gi…

The women on FDS are just losers. Entitled female incels who are passed their prime years who rant online about how they won't settle for anything less. Basically they read 'The Rules' and somehow think they're edgy. They're not.

Post and Ed aren't exactly 'ugly' guys. Just average blokes who are very successful. More than anything it demonstrates people like them because they are talented.

Happened to my dad about 10 years ago. Someone recorded him getting undressed in his own damn house. The police had been contacted, came to his home and took him to the station. Just doesn't make any sense. I mean, if I recorded a woman getting undressed I'd be in the wrong. But with men, it's the other way around.

I worked on a project with a girl in class. We worked on it together and I couldn't fault her. However, when it came to grading the project. We both got scored separately. She got a 9, I got a 3. No explanation given. Might as well not of bothered.

Yeah, pretty much. I was a kid in the 90s and remember the school being toxic for boys. Education in general is more of a female thing nowadays. Most guys I grew up with dropped out, started working early at 15-16, started their own business or went into a trade. Obviously lads are still going to uni, but a lot do drop due to biased teachers, depression, substance abuse, lack of finances/help and support.

She's young and certainly lacks life experience. I've seen a few of her videos and she's obviously clever. But I tend to find she has never anything insightful to say.

Yes, because men don't also do those things for women... I've always had this feeling that it's women who are very unappreciative. Sure, that's been my own experience. But it definitely counts for something.

I grew up dirt poor as both my parents are cleaners. Now I'm an adult, I'm expected to have some high flying career to appease women? Sure. The article makes out like I'm some kind of problem for society. It's pure discrimination of working class and poor people.

"Expectations by society to make sacrifices on the behalf of others." It's bad that society and (usually) an employer will expect you to go above and beyond. A man must admit he lives the easiest life, yet work the hardest and sacrifices the most. It kinda reminds me a time my brother got into an argument with a feminist about feminism. Basically it came down to 'You must admit you are very privileged and have had a very easy life.' My brother had a shit upbringing. He was made homeless by 13. S…

Some random experiences as a 29 year old male (Anecdotal of course) *Bias in the education system in favour of women and girls. (One instance, me and a friend, female. Worked on a project together. She got graded a 9. I got a 3. Never given an explanation why). *Lack of support in the health care system more specifically in mental health (Suffered depression on and off for years. Never had proper treatment). *Expectations by society to make sacrifices on the behalf of others. (In previous employ…

Exactly. I mean, I love my grandmother. But how dare she suggest that only men should serve and sacrifice a minimum of 2 years. If a war broke out, then what? It's pure entitlement.

Speaking with my grandmother only a handful of months ago. She seemed all for bringing back military service in the U.K, as many old people are, for what ever reason. I suggested, that if they did, they should bring it back for both women and men. Y'know, for equalities sake. I followed up by saying the only eligible person in our family is female, my cousin, who is 19. She wouldn't have it. She couldn't deal with it.

GUYS, I fucked up. As a pretty fit lad who enjoys being active and going on adventures. I lowered my standards and dated a fat girl. We dated far longer than I expected. But truth me told, it just didn't work. A lot of women on FDS don't get it. But why would a fit, active guy (Even if he was short, ugly, small-dicked) date a fat woman long term? It's not about preference. It's about living your life to the fullest. You just can't do that with someone fat and lazy.
