You have to consider the fact that blacks commit a disproportionately higher number of crimes. I don't have the exact figure but they're 13% of the population but commit 50%+ of the crimes. Something like that You were not kidding about not having the numbers.

Actually, being uneducated and poor puts them in the position of applying for jobs that are usually filled by minorities. And even once they get the job (if they do at all), they'll be constantly at odds and ostracized by their racist minority coworkers that resent a white man doing their work. I wonder if a man who raped a woman and received HIV as a result of the woman's failure to disclose it would be able to file a civil suit under that logic? I mean, clearly she had a responsibility to disclose her illness and being a victim does not remove her from that responsibility. The absurdity of these cases and "logic" is insane. Probably not applicable to this case, but still interesting. Unbiased/consistent grading is a skill, experienced teachers frequently develop routines to minimize bias. Like covering student names on quizzes, and grading a single question for every student before moving on to the next, etc.

Divorce is not statistically likely if you get married after the age of 21 though. So anyone with a strong knowledge of statistics will know that they're less likely to get divorced. Yes but no one gets married expecting divorce (and frankly if you do, you're kind of setting yourself up to fail anyway). Anyone with a basic understanding of math should realize that no matter how in love they are on their wedding day, divorce is a strong possibility.

It sounds like she "hunted" the guy down, but ended up going home after finding him? The suspect then followed HER home and shot her. That is whose version of the story? You can always choose to start an altercation, you don't always get to choose how it ended. Generally I think domestic violence laws are overused, if two people that maintain their own residences fight, domestic violence charges are not appropriate. Take your ass home, file protective orders agaist each other, and if either party violates the order, stiff penalties.
