All I read from your comment is pure unadulterated fear. So what if they aren't nice? Yeah, they hit harder than you and you're going to be a target for them when you start training. So fucking what? You don't get better by listening to that shitty little voice in your head that says "I don't feel comfortable doing x because x". That voice is the voice of chronic failure and unfulfilled potential. You want confidence? Go fucking get it. The confidence it takes to start is nothing more than a dec…

Squats three times a week? You're a braver man than I. Or you've got chicken legs that you're trying to bulk.

Pullups, deadlifts, squats. Do those with the rows and shrugs, and your posture will fix itself. Squats and dead lifts tighten the lower back (among other things), and pullups, build the rest of it.

Maybe the 2/3rds rule applies to the 2/3rds rule, too?

"everything is a copy of a copy of a copy…". Welcome to the internet. Fuck. Welcome to human history, present, and future. Very little is new, its all regurgitating tried and true principles, watching said principles get clouded, obfuscated, then watching them reemerge as something revolutionary. You want to learn from masters of seduction? Knock yourself out. If you just want to learn, though, pay attention to the least experienced out there, too. Pay attention to the little guy, because they'r…

You know, most of what I've been reading here on seduction boils down to about 3 things. Be confident. Have a fun life. TALK TO WOMEN. Everything hangs on those three principles. Our guy up there hit all the right notes, and you want to shit on him because he finally overcame his hurdle and is making progress with women? Because he's seeing some successes applying what he's learned from this community and he's trying to contribute ? Come on, guy.

I'm not so sure he's not gay.. When I was younger, I mixed benzos and alcohol on more than one occasion and never come close to having gay sex. My guess? Closeted.

Wall of text incoming, but worthwhile: Self reflection time: if you were as "nice" as you make yourself out to be, why aren't you down at the homeless shelter listening to people talk about how hard their lives are? Are you visiting people in jail? Or how about retirement homes where the people there would love nothing more than to talk to someone who isn't an attendant or another depressed as hell resident? Think they may be better served by your attention? Of course they would. Most "nice" guy…

Mastering push/pull is critical for long term relationships. Just make sure to "reward" good behavior with spontaneous gifts, extra interest, compliments, etc. Know when to turn it on at the right points. I wonder if you could expound on this or, at least, point me in the direction of where you picked up some of the theory on this. Unrelated question: With regards to giving value, I really, really struggle with the belief that I have something offer at times. I've seen significant progress over …

Ass kissing is a turn off. Complimenting for the sake of complimenting is a turn off. Complimenting too much is a turn off. Sincere compliments are not. But you don't even need to open with a compliment, really. Using the same format, you could just be honest. "Hi. So, I was trying to come up with a good excuse to talk to you and I drew a blank. But I'd be kicking myself if I didn't. I'm ____" and it would work the same way. You want the girl to know that you've noticed her. If you're going to b…

I'm interested for sure. I've been hitting the clubs, etc with some of my army buddies, but they're about done with their orders. I'm going to need a new crew to roll with to work on my game and a seddit lair would be awesome for me.

So, last night I was sick as a dog, hanging around in my apartment in sweats, and my roommates decide to have a few people over to drink. I decided, fuck it, the hangover won't make me feel that much worse in the morning, so might as well have a good time. My roomie has a chick over from the internet, too, probably a 6 or so, and she ends up calling one of her friends over (HB7, super skinny), who immediately takes a shine to me. I keep popping in and out of the gathering because I feel like shi…

... so? You're under no obligation to drop romantic intentions based on her desire to have you as a friend. Furthermore, you're under no obligation to keep her as a friend if you don't want to. Play their games, but pursue the result you want.

Talk to everyone. This is the part I'm stuck at. I know I need to do it if I want results, but I've still got too much AA. I've been doing the same kind of thing you have. Going on dates just to go on dates. Talking to girls who I'm less interested in simply for the practice. It's been a good tool, and I think you're on the right track, even though it's not where you picture yourself being. Just keep working at it. Since reading seddit and other shit its linked to, I've noticed my confidence lev…

Well, that's the plan, but the question is how do I respond to her confusion? I fully intend to have her over, but I'm just not sure how to approach this now given what I put out there.

Well, we work together, so most of the talking non stop is an extension of that dynamic. Even so, the question remains how do I proceed from here? I know where I goofed up, and I appreciate it being pointed out, but where do I go from here? I'm kinda stuck, which is the reason I even posted this in the first place.

Yeah, tactical error for sure. Like I mentioned, I just wasn't sure how to respond to 4 pages of text about what she likes in some other guy. However, the deed is done. How do I respond?

Yeah, I've been trying to get her to come hang out, and I intend to kinoing the hell out of her once I finally get her here. But, yeah, I probably shouldn't have put it like that, I really just didn't know what else to do once she started talking about the other guy, you know? It wasn't an ultimatum, it was more of an "are you wasting my time?".

Yup. I've been in love. I almost got married to her, too. I met her when she was still in the process of getting her divorce, we hit it off, jumped into a relatonship, then a few weeks into it she confesses that she loves me. I was reluctant at first. I mean, 2 weeks is really, really, really fucking quick. But she started crying when I told her I was reluctant to jump in with both feet, and I felt sorry for her, so I reassured her and decided, yes, decided to love her. I guess I was pretty awes…

My response is to the idea that, if Gunwitch was involved in the intentional shooting of a woman, then even that wouldn't be relevant in an evaluation of his work. This is basically my point. I'm not trying to comment on the quality of his contributions, I was advising restraint. Not throwing the baby out with the bathwater, you know?

Upvoted, but let's be clear, guys. You don't shoot someone in the face at a party unless you're a fucking moron or SEVERELY disturbed. I don't know which he is, but the fact he's one of the two is inescapable. That being the case, to dismiss his contributions based on what mistakes he's made would be dishonest. If his contributions had value before, they have value now. You may have no respect for him as an individual, but that really ought to have no bearing on what you think of his ideas. I'm …

I'm running into the same god damn walls I always do with women. I get numbers, first dates, even the second with too much difficulty as long as I put myself out there, but transitioning into an LTR is fucking impossible for me. I just stumbled into this subreddit today, though, so with any luck I'll be able to find answers to that problem as I get situated up in here.
