I've been using f.lux for the past year, great app. I lift 3-4 times a week, but I have been doing so for the past 2 years so that's nothing new for my body. I will try getting more magnesium into my diet. Thanks for the advice.

I used to get hit with the "You are too cocky" line a lot. I've noticed that as I increased my smv more (better clothing, lift more) it happens less and less with the 8's n 9's. What I'm trying to say is for most girls on a party it's basically your smv counts as 75% and ur game 25% so as long as ur smv is high enough less girls should not do that. Everyone needs to start somewhere. Remember though you can't just diet alone you really need to hit the gym and do cardio in order to effectively reduce weight. With everydiet the first 30 days are the hardest then it gets easier :)

I cut three percent from 15 to 12 with leangains and for me it works really well. I recommend you look into it, but one thing I also changed when I started that diet was that instead of just going to the gym 3x times a week I started doing cardio (basketball, cycling or running) 2x times a week.

I went to a club the other day with a group of friends and I saw this girl who was visiting town so I came up to say hi and 15min later she takes me downstairs to hook up with me away from her friends. It was only after when we went to grab a drink she told me she has a boyfriend and she shouldn't do this. Most likely this is exact type of scenario is what happend and she felt so guilty that she needed to tell you but she changed it up so you wouldn't be too mad.
