I have been where you are. It sounds tough because in the moment you can't just auto-add new plates and you want something to manage the situation right now. Alright I'm still a fucking newb too but here's one thing I've learned about oneitis. once you get it you are fucked. You can't reason, meditate, or lift your way out of it. The only way out of it is to get a couple of side plates spinning. It takes a some time but once u are inside that newest hottest plate you realize you don't have oneitis anymore 👍😈. My advice is quit thinking about cutting. You are looking for abs but the problem is as you cut you lose muscle.keeo cutting and you are going to end up.looking "skinny fat". I would eat a lot but make it clean. Don't cut. Lift heavy AF. Get your lean muscle mass up and the abs will come
