Can I ask for more detail? Don’t women control the relationship? The sex, your money, what you can and can’t do? It’s not really equal nowadays if a wife says you can’t go to the club in that it’s not seen as a problem but when guy does it, it is.

I didn’t know that gender was actually considered I thought it was only jury biased. like a custody case over children the woman would always win because of jury being biased. I didn’t know all this other stuff went into it. I just assumed they call it assault and move on. This is really good to know thank you for teaching me this.

The romance movies are romanticized…… they are seen as a goal even tho most are toxic. to say they are unrealistic is true but it’s what’s expected from a man and that’s The point of my post. do women know how to give a complement as great as a man The one forced to initiate? I’m not gonna pretend like I know much about law i’m just barely remembering a boxer Vs some guy who started a fight with him and the box was fine legally. I think it was Mike Tyson Most are fine but women useing the old ways of dating when it’s convenient for them is my problem. I know most men have experience this because I have.

Self-defense applies to weaponry. like hands vs hands, A black belt versus some guy on the street is not accountanted. it’s usually the bias jury that thinks that “the women is weaker ignore context the man is bad.” There’s nothing wrong with defending yourself in that situation by law. it’s just a social part of it, the old never hit a woman thought process. We disagree you basically said the romance movies are unrealistic/unreliable comparing it to porn. That’s kind of true with Guy who sits in the corner and watches you sleep twilight but not all movies. These movies are popular for a reason after all and not a lot of people know any better. Twilight is an example of a toxic expectations in romance that are common.

uhhh I guess most moves like Fifty Shades of Grey or twilight. Are Bad examples of creepy romance But some of the good movies with good morals are different. there’s nothing wrong with having that thought process toward romance (I can’t think of a good one off the top of my head I don’t watch romance movies) Either way that doesn’t change the common thought process of “he should Chase/romance me like in the movies”

What? It’s wrong to hit a women for example this is a society thing that could be used against a man. The woman could beat the man, but if he fights back he is the monster and the one most likely to lose in court even though he defended himself.
