If that's the case here, I would blame the architect for being an idiot that places a single toilet restroom next to multiple toilet restroom. The best architected restroom I've visited after this law came into effect was a new restaurant with a single large restroom. If I were accused of rape, even though I'd be telling the truth that I didn't do it, I'd be shitting bricks and sweating bullets.
