I don't normally have suicidal and borderline depression unless I masturbated very frequently which I don't do anymore. I was hoping nofap would help with the confidence,anxiety,women etc. It did notice a subtle difference not a big one. I said fuck it and broke the whole no fap thing and I feel better, but I feel off. I'll figure it out I'm sure.

Ok so what kind of guys are at minimum wage labor jobs? Ignorant,uneducated.I'm sorry,but its the truth sure you have a few intellectuals that stand out from the crowd here and there. Most of those guys aren't trying to improve themselves.A large majority of them probably only concern themselves with beer,getting laid and the occasional football game and thats about it. I mean think about it its minimum wage.Surround yourself with intellectuals not bums.

I started with weed then,I started smoking spice then crack after that I went on to cocaine then stopped. If I stayed with just weed,I probably wouldnt have been to bad to be honest. I used to be such a charismatic guy now I'm like a shadow of my former self.I do fell like being around more people helps with the anxiety and working out helps abit.
