I mean you can say the same about men as well. I think social media has made more humans be followers than leaders. Fraternity Parties are a great way to talk to girls because girls also are looking to talk to guys and most are single as well. Honestly eye contact is key. But you can’t practice your skills at the library chief, people go there to study. I would suggest you practice your skills on girls who are by themselves outside eating or just chilling (ie by themselves waiting for their class to start).
