I needed to read this. going through a breakup, and I miss having a woman care for me more than her.

The ending is a truly happy one! Sounds like you two are meant to be together as supportive friends!

I relate to you in a lot of ways and I need to stop getting in the way of my own happiness and I need to stop being sexist and I need to treat people on a person by person basis

Great reply man. Reminds me of the line in that smiths song, "If you're so clever, then why are you all alone tonight?"

It works, since the lesson taught him to only make friends with those who earn as much as he does.

i'm no expert but taking to your doctor is a good start. i'm on one that is non addictive and doesn't give me zombie brain. it's not for everybody but it can be an effective jumping off point. what it did for me was eliminate all the negative thoughts and self loathing that repeated in my head all day

medicine helped me eliminate depression all together. you might be apprehensive but its not like it's made out to be. talk to your doctor about options. therapy is a good idea as well

if your family loves you they'll support you with your adventures in my opinion. and if you don't like it, you have family to come back to! you are very lucky in my eyes

I just switched from history to Computer Science. It just started, and it's kicking my ass, but it's doable. I realized I hated math due to the way it was taught to me in high school. It's possible, and it's fun. Think of it like a puzzle. And programming isn't a lot of math, but you have to think and solve problems.

Absolutely! I can see now why men naturally took the provider role, while women took the home keeper. After a hard days work, there's no better feeling than going to my girlfriends house, and she hands me a beer and a warm plate of food :).

I agree. I've been improving my relationship a lot with my girlfriend and her sister ever since I started talking to women differently. I find they enjoy humor, confidence and doing things like seeing a movie or going on a hike. It's made me really appreciate women! They're a lot of fun and good at social events/gatherings

you could do that if you're introspective enough. and mentally healthy. but if you do it there's only pros

therapy is a good idea for a lot of things. even someone mentally stable could benefit from therapy!

it's definitely a shit test. She always says things along the line of "Why do you always talk about her"/"You wanna fuck her?" things like that. To which I usually joke about "Yeah I wanna fuck her"/"Maybe if I was REALY horny" or if I'm not in the mood i'll say "Yup" and ignore her until she calms down. Does this mean i'm in a good position with my girlfriend if she feels she has to compete with other women? Or am I handling this all wrong?

how can I tell? I'm fairly new to this redpill journey. Three years. I've been reversing a lot of my old bluepill ways, so everything has been improving except for this insecurity thing

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
