Oh ok, i was just sitting and meditating over it. Observe the feeling as good as i can. I do meditate a lot and normally i focus on breathing. But when such feelings arise i will shift my concentration towards them until they vanish. So in the best case scenario i will observe rising, staying and leaving of a particular feeling of loneliness. There are no (melancholic) emotions involed.
