They aren't really, not officially. It's fine as long as you don't talk about it too much. Yup, one man can impregnate 10 women, but it takes a whole woman for 9 months to bear just one pregnancy. That's why when you are rebuilding populations the females seem more important. When you are breeding cats you can have 5 females and just one good male, you don't need 5 males. Though this never made sense to me as Christians are supposed to be monogamous.

Btw these types of cross-subreddit bot-assisted bans should be banned sitewide. Not sure why reddit allows this. If a community is breaking the rules it should get banned from the site, if it's not, it should not be discriminated against like this. Especially by front-page subreddits.

The tools one is completely made up. High quality tools are meant for professionals or people who need to use them a lot. The ever-rare woman in trades will obviously buy the good stuff. And many men who at best would fix a drawer door probably have the cheapest stuff from home depot. These tools don't cost more because they are "men geared", they cost more because there's a tremendous materials quality difference. Attributing this to some sort of marketing strat is CRAZY

Poland is resurrecting military exercises for everyone in the reserve. And almost every guy who didn't dodge the mandatory commission is in that reserve. For now the excersies are paid and voluntary, but see how long that lasts.

I'm in Poland. Definitely a bit behind Finland in things like that, but our constitution does say men and women have guaranteed equal treatment in social/domestic life. I will look into some laws, although I'd rather not go that way if I won't have to.

I appreciate your optimism for the future, but the reality we are in right now is not good for most men. There are still deep systemic problems, in education, marriage, court systems and media, mental health awareness and help, physical health awareness and help and so on. Some countries go deeper into this rather than solving these problems, making it even worse.

That's the interesting part. This will only fuel patriarchy further. Men who will survive the war for sure won't take shit from ANY women. I just want to throw in that at my office the code is very lax but most people dress at least smart casual, women included. You would not catch me in shorts, flip flops, sandals or the like at the office, I do wear a tshirt though most of the time.

I can confirm. I had nobody to teach me besides the driving course, which I took later in life. Zero experience. I then drove the car alone in the capitol. It was like being thrown on deep water, I felt like a stray bullet at times, with intersection trauma. Took it slow, and I think I'm a decent, dynamic driver now.
