I try and keep a journal of what I do and what I think (my philosophy rather than how I feel at any certain point), and realised there is this thing that I do which I dubbed the three me theory. 1	Internal Conflict between inner game and actively approaching women Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to get out a bit more, but like I said I'm just a beginner. I met 8 new people last week, but I still need to be bolder. I go to uni so I think there are some pretty good opportunities. The other day I was sitting behind a girl in a library.
