Finding the right therapist will be the best investment for your high paying salary. Give it a long shot

Did she give you any background on her divorce for you to get an idea as to how she might be when married. You are still in honeymoon phase so I get your excitement. Why do you want to get married again?

Wait until you are in the clear with all papers signed if you are planning to do anything.

Thank you. Do you know if the current mortgage (debt) subtracts from the total of our savings and 401k combined?

Thats a good idea. I will need to figure out the banks and the amount I had money saved 5 years ago. Maybe thats a good advice for anyone getting married and that is to safe the bank statements showing the amounts you have in your account the day before you got married

Thank you. That sounds good to me. She makes less than me at work but she has gotten to save more than me in a year period since we have been together

Thank you for the explanation. Will the court figure out the dollar amount that was earned in the past 5 years or I will need to figure out how much money I had in my name and in my 401k the day before we signed the marriage certificate?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
