Thats a possibility. I dont really belive that there are laws that discriminate against black people and other minorities, but i do think that the way officials and the system is acting creates the disadvantage, but since I'm not American I don't I know.

Answer me Why that culture exists then. It's because black people (I'm talking about the US now) have been oppressed through the centuries, and while there isn't any racism in the laws, social norms and such are extremely hard to remove. Therefore black people have had to turn to crime as a source of income, creating the huge gaps in the statistics.

I feel the same way, last year I was very sad and thought about ending it, and I opened up to a close female friend, but after a while she decided to start avoiding me and completely stopped talking to me, we have gotten a little closer now this past year but it's still not very good

Whats the matter with you? What's with the superiority complex? This has nothing to do about the gender of the person accusing or the person being accused. If someone accuses someone else of rape and it's found out that the accuser was lying she/he should be punished. But if there is not enough evidence to convict the person being accused ( if the person accused actually did it) then would the accuser still be punished or not? That was my question. No, I'm an equalist. I think you misunderstand, if it can't be proven that the person being accused did it, should the person accusing be punished or not? Because if they get punished it would decrease the chances of people reporting actual rape in fear of not being able to prove that they were raped. And I'm not denying the fact that men can be innocent, idk where you got that from.

The thing is that in Sweden we have a ver broad definition of rape, forcefully having sex with someone without their consent isnt the only thing that is counted as rape (though it should). So When people say that Sweden has an overwhelming amount of rape isnt actually true.
