So I have 124lbs of muscle. I am 6'2 my lean body mass is 220 and only getting better. I assure you. 260-280 I won't look obese.

Definitely not me. Workout 7 days a week, 3 jobs, read 10 pages a day, I am well in my way. I just need help in building a confident me. As I've asked for advice as far as mentally goes.

So I go to the gym 7 days a week as is. My weight is still coming down. I lift, then cardio. I recently switched from a 5x5 set to a 3x10 set for fat burning and it has been great on me.

Dude, fucking love this. I personally don't want to get skinny. Its just they always fucking winning. Maybe 260-280. As stated i started at 440 lbs and down over 100 lbs on my own.

Thanks brother. I am trying to get to 300 by the end of the year. I look a shit ton diffrent than when I weighed 440lbs, currently 328.

So I work at the bank and I groom myself pretty well. Haircut every 2-3 weeks. Dresh clothes everyday. I do admit I work 3 jobs and don't get out as much as I should😅 I dk have self confidence issues. While I am down over 120 lbs I feel like that same guy from time to time.
