Simple can mean his head ain't working so good

No see I'm not 100% sure what that means. But effectively how you'd explain the punishment is as follows: We are punishing a person for knowingly making a false report, by having that report's punishment apply to them instead. And then just let people know: Hey guys! If you file a false complaint you get it's punishment. After that, I think everyone is warned and anyone who is stupid enough to file a false report basically already knows and gets to pick how many years they get (depending on how …

So your argument is that the system is still like... There and is still functional. That is technically correct. We still have prisons that are maintained. They still have money to fix stuff. But the actual justice system is shit. America has waaaaaaay too many prisoners, the system is not working well at all. It's working, but it's shit.

Nah man. The US Justice system is shit. Look at various Nordic countries to see a well implemented system. Recidivism is veeeery low especially compared to US. Granted, I still think falce rape accusers deserve hefty jail time

If they knowingly made a false accusation which could have landed someone in jail for decades, then they should also go to jail for that long. Feel free to let a person out early if they reform.

I seen the ad. The ad told men to not be assholes. It didn't try to diminish any positive aspects of masculinity.

Men and women obviously have physical differences. But if you hit someone, be ready to be hit back. I sure as hell aren't going to just "walk it off" when I'm physically assaulted

Him talking to her hardly warrants a slap. But she did it anyways
/r/PussyPassDenied21/01/19 06:09 PM

The girl is the one who attacked him. If you hit me, don't be surprised when I hit back. It's called self defense
/r/PussyPassDenied21/01/19 06:09 PM

I dunno about you but i never seen a Gillette ad that said to stand there and get hit when you're being physically assaulted.
/r/PussyPassDenied21/01/19 06:08 PM

If he deserved the slap she deserved the hit back. Him "deserving" a slap doesn't mean she has free pass to physically assault him without him being able to defend himself.

I'm confused, why IS it bad to criminalize lying about the parentage of the child? It's pretty psychologically gamaging to find out that your kid isn't your kid. It should not be ok lie like that
/r/PussyPassDenied07/01/19 04:34 PM

That's not how it works for most people. Thus why most here think the kids are assholes

Fair enough. I like your response and I wish more people thought stuff through like you do. Especially being more open minded. :}

What I mean is (and I mean no insult, just curious about the way of thinking) if you don't want to marry a person with X characteristic, why allow said characteristic in yourself?
/r/seduction07/07/18 12:27 AM
1

I think it's the correct attitude, but it still feels a little off that a behaviour you don't want in your wife is a behaviour you partake in. The way my thinking goes with that is you think the behaviour itself is ok, but it still somehow lowers the person in your eyes so to speak?
/r/seduction07/07/18 12:11 AM
1

Ahh apologies. I thought you meant you want your future wife to have slept with only a few people. Which sounded hypocritical if you yourself sleep around. I Think sex is fine, I guess I simply misunderstood
/r/seduction06/07/18 11:43 PM
5

Then it seems somewhat inconsistent to be ok with yourself doing that while wanting your future wife to be better.
/r/seduction06/07/18 11:38 PM
2

As long as you also don't have alot of partners it should be fine to want someone who had only a few partners herself.

Do you have the same few colorful experiences and no more?

Honestly I say go read some history. I'm sure a number of places do a good explanation of how Puritans ruined sex for us. Reading/watching up on that history might help convince you that it's all about a bunch of prudes who feared sex and made it as taboo as they could. Might help you "believe more" that it's a social construct and that they were just morons back then.
/r/seduction06/07/18 11:02 PM

People claim that having too much sex is bad for all sorts of reasons. But honestly they claim it because way back when Puritans that settled in the new world had a big hard on for chastity (or I guess a soft on :P). So now we have a society that fears sex.

Sometimes this subreddit gives good advice, other times it makes you think that you have more chances to win the lottery than get the girl, and I'm not sure how healthy that is. Sure, trying to be the best is good. But stating that you aren't allowed to make even one mistake, also means you are under a ton of stress.
/r/seduction20/09/17 10:50 PM

What they mean is if you only want one reply to a question (like only a yes) then either structure the question in such a way that you can't get any other reply. So you'd ask either "what works best, 8 or 9?" or just not make it a question and tell her to meet you at 8.
/r/seduction16/09/17 03:22 PM
1

As much as I appreciate the advice, I do read this subreddit. And I know this is the recommendation given. And yet I still made this post. If I use your example with lifting weights: I don't want a video on lifting weights and fitness (getting girls) I want a video on human biology with a focus on muscles (human interaction, with a focus on how you see people, and they see you).
/r/seduction13/09/17 04:43 PM
1

Go out and approach I knew I would get this reply, but I figured I'd address it once it arrived. I appreciate the advice, and I can see why it is a valid way to do things, but I still ask for what I asked in the opening post. Just trust me that for me, looking at someone talking about this type of thing (preferably video) would go a long way.
/r/seduction13/09/17 06:11 AM

Statistically, maybe. But perception-wise people have different standards. If you asked me what I consider to be average weight, I'd point to way below average weight of people in america.
/r/seduction25/08/17 06:42 PM
39

Above average in fitness tells me you're unfit. I'd imagine being above average in fitness means he is fit, but might not be a bodybuilder level of fit. Which is a perfectly fine level of fit to be at.

Yeh I'm not sure it would be a good idea to help potentially irresponsible 15 year-olds sleep with girls. Tis how teen pregnancy happens. I mean hell, if at 15 this is what you want, I'm not sure you've also thought through various logistics for this. This has too high of a chance to end poorly.
/r/seduction29/06/17 06:00 PM

I mean if that is not something you want, you can let her know you want to date her and it be an exclusive relationship. You can say that you are fine with her having slept with other guys, but if you two are dating, you don't want her to sleep with other guys.

I cant speak for others, but for me I am not attracted to certain people because I just dont think X trait look good. Not because I find them to be less feminine/masculine or think they are too stupid or something. I mean there might be some reason I dont find a certain skin color or eye shape to be appealing, but the reason im not sexually attracted to them is because of said skin color or other trait. Its not even being ugly, its just me not finding it sexy. Similarly, there are girls who are …
/r/seduction30/05/17 11:54 PM
1

I mean its not ok to tell people they are ugly in general. Thats just not nice. But I imagine everyone DOES have a bias in associating certain features with "ugly". I am not an expert in behavior, but I imagine the reason you find something attractive or not is rather complicated, and is much more complicated than hating someone the way racists hate people. If im not wrong, racists usually hate a certain race because they find some flaws in that race, and then they see those people do X and they…
/r/seduction30/05/17 06:51 AM
1

I just meant that people that spent "into" a certain demographic don't find certain features exhibited by that demographic to be "sexy". So if you find a person of that demographic that has features you find sexually appealing, I don't think you'd say "Oh, they are of X race, I don't want that". You'd say "Damn he/she looks hot"
/r/seduction30/05/17 05:11 AM
1

No I don't associate black with bad, or atleast if I unconsciously do so, I'm not stating it proudly. I don't find black (or any other race/feature) bad, I just don't find it sexy. Sexy is what "turns you on", and I think it's not racist to not find something sexy.
/r/seduction30/05/17 05:09 AM
2

Not finding something sexually attractive is racist? Sure it's most likely socially constructed, but I just don't find it sexually attractive, while having absolutely no problem with the person overall. It just seems you have too broad a definition of what racism is.
/r/seduction29/05/17 03:28 PM
1

Well, I'd wonder why you call them black women then... But yes, while there are people who discriminate based on actual race, most just dont like certain features of a person. So if someone doesnt like black skin and meets a black woman who's skin is not dark, I imagine they would be sexually attracted to her. I dont see why not.
/r/seduction29/05/17 04:09 AM
2

I am not saying that I (or any other person) would find all members of any particular race to not be sexually attractive. But I think many people know that generally they are not sexually attracted to 99% of a certain race, and they simply generalize the statement as we tend to do with things that reach such high probabilities. I have never said that races might or might not have differing features. I never stated that white people are the only race with differing features. It seems like you are…
/r/seduction29/05/17 04:07 AM
4

True. But I can similarly describe other characteristics. Perhaps I just dont find dark skin sexy? It would have nothing to do with me not liking the person as a whole, just with sexual attraction. Or I might not find the overall facial features of X race to be very sexy as a whole. Sure, some individual people might be seen differently, but very few.
/r/seduction29/05/17 03:59 AM
7

I dont think its privileged. Some people have certain preferences for what they find attractive. I might like people with a small nose, and big ears. And it just so happens that X group of people like never have small noses. Its not their fault, I still like them, but I am not sexually attracted to them. Similarly, some people on this planet have a dick, and I am not sexually attracted to them because they dont have that one other sex organ that i AM attracted to.
/r/seduction29/05/17 01:35 AM

race wouldn't have mattered anymore. I disagree. I am no racist, but I just don't find some people sexually attractive because of their race. Not because I dislike the race, but because it gives them certain physical characteristics that are just not sexually attractive for me. That said, I think as long as the rejection is tactful, there is no reason to be offended at someone not being sexually attracted to the features of your race.

When one approaches a barrista, she is there being paid to make a drink or sell you an item. So you feel justified in approaching her. I also have trouble approaching people (especially girls) if I don't have a good enough reason as I see it. While I know that people do it all the time, I hesitate to just walk up to people and start talking to them >_>

Just dont forget to use protection. Don't trust someone that young (even if she says she does) to take the pill regularly and to never forget to do so.

Yeh. Which is why I'll just wait until we are hanging out, to see if she's interested in me that way. If not, I still want to be friends with her

Sadly this was a conversation over text. And to be fair, the original meaning was just "like". Though perhaps I should have elaborated that my affections don't stop there

Well, that is already pretty clear and I typed if not that, something rather close. Though at the time I meant more as a friend. Though I'd most definitely want to take her on a date if I can see she is interested...

I just dont know how to clarify the situation. Message her and say something like "I was thinking about you clarifying what I meant by "like", am I reading into it too much or..?" I can be forward and honest, but I want to have some... tact I suppose?

How do you talk to someone just to talk? I always need to have a topic to talk about, and while sure I can talk about the weather or something, I usually need something that I can discuss with the person with it being a conversation that has some point...

Id love to meet people at my university, but usually they do either: have a book they are reading, talking to someone they are sitting with, listening to music. I just never know how to approach people without it being totally out of nowhere and creating a feeling like I'm butting in where I don't belong
/r/seduction16/03/17 12:36 AM

I more meant how does one go about getting into social situations where talking with (specifically) girls does not require a cold approach
/r/seduction15/03/17 04:09 AM

If I may ask, as you said you arent much for cold approaches, how do you go about getting into situations where you dont need to cold approach? What I mean is how do you go about finding situations where everyone is naturally social, that you can simply talk with anyone without it being weird that a stranger walked up to talk to them.

Here's to hoping I get a pdf. This was definitely a great post, and if the rest of the book is like this, I am very interested!

Just realize the fact that no one cares. And I dont mean about you. I mean no one cares about things you do that you think are embarrassing. You can ask a girl out, she'd tell you to fuck off, and immediately forget about the whole situation. You can go into a store, buy whipped cream, a cucumber, and condoms, and the cashier will give 0 fucks. So the trick is just realizing that literally no one really cares about you asking a girl out and being rejected, including the girl you asked. So there'…

Turn it into a positive (or rather illustrate that it is one). Something like "Yeh I am confident and honest. I'm proud of the fact that people can trust me."

I'm not saying it won't ever GET to sex. I'm just saying I'm pretty damn sure there are relationships that are romantic before everyone gets to the sex part. And I imagine there are others where people first sleep together, and then get romantic
/r/seduction25/01/17 10:04 PM

You are trying to use the anecdotal fallacy. Are you really saying that there is NO way to have a romantic relationship with anyone without sleeping with them?

Literally all the people who have a romantic relationship before they ever have sex?
/r/seduction25/01/17 09:20 PM

Isn't that more learning to run before you can walk? I'm not saying it's the wrong way to go, but plenty of people build a romantic connection w/o sex

I sorta wish that instead of there being all those videos by confident pickup artists and such, there were some (maybe there are?) videos with guys who at one point were less than confident showing how they have gotten over their problem points. Even if its obviously just them acting less than confident, it'd be great to see how someone less than 100% confident would approach those situations.

Ironically the things I like are the "cliche" things to compliment (and are also safe). Many guys judge girls by the size of their rear of front. I could never understand the interest they have in the girl's breast size but hey... whatever works for them. I actually like the smile and the eyes, because you can generally tell the person's mood/personality by their facial expression, more specifically eyes and lips. Sadly, those are the safest to compliment and thus receive the most compliments. S…

I actually think you have a good point. Walking up to someone very attractive and saying "Wow you're attractive" is kid of stupid because you are not really stating anything new. Though I do wonder, how do you approach someone with a compliment without pointing out the obvious, and also without making it paid fully obvious that you are complimenting something in a poor attempt at being original "wow I really like those shoe laces"
