I lost 80lbs. by simply eating less. I would eat a small brunch and a medium sized dinner. The easiest way for a guy to build confidence is through experience by repetition. If you workout everyday for a year, it will be easier to find motivation to come to the gym, the more times you workout. The more times you approach women the less you care if you fail.
