I don't want to get her fired. I want her to go through anti-sexism training. I know it won't help in reality. But I hope she learns the lesson. And it is clearly recorded and agreed that she acted in a sexist way. FYI: 97% of 3200 employees are male. There are 0 male HR.

He wasn't Simping. He was hitting on her. Both the male and female employee were fooling around, during work and off duty. These are claims from the male worker. I can't prove, I read the conversations between them. It fits his narrative.

Thank you. I am planning to go over HR 's head. I have substantial proof to point out that her action is sexist. Only bad thing, my complaint will go to equality commity (lose translation) of the parent company. And the parent company is woke in the public and partly inside. I have to time it right. Men were and are treated like disposables. Before men had perks for being treated like disposable. Like men had authority over their family, children, wife, financial decisions, etc, because they are the once who took complete responsibility if any of them failed. It was a OK trade off. Because the outcomes depends on his actions. The current situation is, men are treat disposable and responsibile, but shamed and penalised for claiming authority. At the same time the very masculinity is treated …

So you think it's mother's selfish mistake to birth a fatherless child? I pity the poor child. He/she has to go through hell because his/her mother decided to have them without any concern for the child's mental and physical well being. I totally agree with you, single mother's put their child through intense disadvantages for their own benefit.

Then how is a man abandoning a pregnancy is leaving a child helpless? That was my actual questions. No one here has supported leaving a child after birth. I not talking about Women aborting fetus.

Subsection (1) refers to a third party who is not involved in the conversation and wants to record. For example: police wants to record a conversation, (3rd party) they need consent from one of the person involved and judge's approval. If a third party is not involved, the communication is recorded by one of the person involved by their own volition, then it's perfectly legal. Which is simply put as single party consent.

It looks like, Canada has a single party consent law. Meaning only one party in the conversation needs to consent for the conversation to be legally recorded. Read through the link and research. I would suggest start recording now. Once you are clear about the legal ground, then you can use it.

Women have no idea how to handle men's emotional breakdown. Nor do they respect the struggle. You go to your buddies place, take two shots, cry your eyes out. And you walk back home proudly, like you killed a beast or two 😇. And that's how you express your emotions.

Spousal rape is illegal. I am all for it. The recorded cases has always been from women. If a man makes a case, it's not taken seriously. And shamed publicly for making an accusation. Hence, one-sided. Males cannot be rape in India, UK and few other countries, where spousal rape is illegal.

You are right. It will be a long war. Spreading awareness about this will be the starting point. Once this law gets reformed we don't need to fight each one of them separately. Why have a kid with man who can afford only 50 bucks. If there was 50/50 child custody there needs to be no child support paid as well. If he is paying anything she took away the child from the father as well.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 07:22 PM

That's what I meant. Child support of agreed upon kids is non negotiable. Allimony laws should be scrapped totally. Or prenups should be strengthened.

That guy got snuffed with the allimony payments. $40,000 rent and $9,000 allimony per month is insane. $6000 per month for his kid is at least justifiable.

If it had happened in UK it would be the same case. Because legal a male cant be a victim of rape. And since the girl is minor she didn't consent and the boy would be charged. Also the same in Florida is guess.
/r/MensRights06/12/21 06:34 PM
3

Feminist in India blocked the passing gender neutral law for rape. Effectively legalising raping of men by women. That poor kid went to jail, because the rapist was a minor girl. She taking part in the sexual act is inherently considered non consensual. Even though she raped her brother. Technically, the boy victim has to be considered as the perpetrator, because she minor. This is totally on the feminist who blocked the amendment of rape law in India. Why don't you do the research first.

Weinstein gets blasted on social media, rightfully so. But female workers get censor protected photos circulated. Women gets victim status, even when they are the predators.
/r/MensRights29/11/21 09:11 PM

Right now the owners didn't choose to censor, but by the SJW mobs. The cry bullies have pushed the owners to censor themselves. Colored people was offensive, then Blacks was offensive. We changed to Africans, then African Americans, then it meant erasing of ethnic identity now we are at blacks or People of color. Same with stump-disabled-physical challenged - differently abled. This cry bullying will never stop. Edit: grammar

That's why section 230 was introduced, but it's being miss used right now. No one is arguing about adult content and profanity being categorized. It's only when they want to curate a certain narrative like news media, I am pissed.
/r/MensRights29/11/21 03:31 PM
2

If your a private business using defamatory language, who ever affected can sue you for publishing. That's why classic media faces defamatory law suites, because they are moderating content and profiting from it. Your "rabbittube" can ban all you want but I don't want you having protection as a platform.
/r/MensRights29/11/21 03:27 PM
4

You are the one not understand free speech. I wouldn't be suing you but the platform. Because they are publishing defamatory content. That's why newspapers and media companies have lawyers and editors. The second paragraph is the reason why section 230 was introduced. Relieving platforms of liability at the same time reasonable content management. Currently it's not acting in a reasonable impartial way. That's why I want to suggest amendment of section 230.
/r/MensRights29/11/21 03:22 PM
14

Private company doesn't mean they don't have any liability. If they want to police the content, then Social Media as private entities they should be solely responsible for what's posted on their platform. Because, users are only sending posts to the platform server to post it online. If the platform decides to post it publicly then they need to be liable. Would you say they should be liable then?

Birthrate in Europe is at 1.4-1.8. Even though women are not expected to get married or have children. Yes women and men are pressured into marrying and having kids. Still the birthrate in Literate states is 1.3-1.8 for decades. That's why cultural differences doesn't apply, when it comes to contraceptives, abortion or having kids. Please read my first comment. I have been saying the same. As I said above, it is 30% when paternity is disputed. Which is proven data and not an estimation. But your 1.5% is an estimation, by testing meager 1000-2000 who VOLUNTEERED .There will be huge participation bias, because the tests will prove infedility. Do you understand that?

Knowledge of contraceptions is essential to start with I am not denying that. Just the knowledge of contraceptions is not going to help. But women made their choice, when they had financial liberty and/or education about family and finance for supporting children. I do understand you are explaining about Europe. I know exactly why Indian birthrate fell and it did not occur due to education about contraception alone. And the cultural differences doesn't play a role here.

First of all India's rape allegations is lower than UK or USA. Numbers are higher because India has population of Europe and USA combined. But No. Per million is lower. Mitochondrial DNA is inherited from mother's alone. And it proves we had twice as much diversity in mother's gene than father's. Hence unless 50% of all our mother's were rape victims, you theory fails. Your imanging stuff, it's good time to stop. Bye.

Read your source properly. It clearly says, everyone who tested for paternity had 1/3 chance that they were not father's. Which is what I wrote. 0.5-1.6 is a guesstimate from smaller survey, where participants volunteered. Which was then claimed to be the common occurrence. It's a clear participation basis. Which women would risk her integrity, if she already knows she cheated. 30% is a Statistically please proven not guessed or extrapolated. If a man has a doubt, then he is probably 30% right. …

Women didn't have a choice in 1980s in India, when it came to number of children. My grandfather's generation (1940s) had 8-10 children average. Men and women have nearly Equal literacy, difference might be 2%. It's has nothing to do with Abortions. Lower birthrate was achieved mostly through contraceptives and vasectomies. Literate people plan their family. Illiterate people don't plan their family well. By survivability, I meant how much surplus you have after basic amenities. Can the family be supported just with one working Partner.

Polygamy due to war deaths and hypergamy. Women were ready to share top 1% than choosing bottom 20%. Cuckoldry was and is a huge threat to men. I think 30% of all paternity DNA test results proved cuckoldry, in USA. 30% is HUGE.

That's absolutely wrong. Birthrate go down by education and survivability. The higher the education, the lower or appropriate number of children. In India, the birthrate is inversely proportional to education. States with low education has higher birthrate. Same law and mostly similar cultural mindset. But still birthrate varies from 1.6-4.3. Higher minimum wage leads to higher number children, even if educated.

I would say start with Jordan Peterson's (JP) interview with Cathy Newman. What is the difference between equal opportunity and equal outcome. Capitalism and communism. JP explains it well. Also Bret Weinstein's interview to understand, why woke culture is popular and why is it dangerous. Remember this basic rule Rights give people Agency for acting out free will. Feminist deny having any Agency over their actions. They claim they were forced to do x,y,z. With rights comes responsibility. If the…

Patriarchy will exist till matriarchy exists. Nature is matriarchy, choosing which gene should propagate, need for protection, provision, etc. Patriarchy is a complimentary function to support matriarchy. When a male leads he also takes the total responsibility if he looses. If a male has to the protect he has to be capable of aggression and ability to deal heavy damage (stronger). A few surveys show that self declared feminist are as low as 20-25 in UK and USA. In my view there is always 5% of population taking extreme position on any everything. Add bit more % due to propaganda, i think it would be 7-10%. Source: totally in my view of the world. Just say no to every feminist red flag, then you are going to be fine.

I replied "I don't think vaccine caused swollen balls". I am pro-vaccine. I took vaccine when I had antibodies in my body. I perfectly understand the pros and cons of taking vaccine. I am not talking about vaccine. I am talking about censorship. Niki said, I have doubt and the whole left and social media ganged up on her. Treated like crazy, just like anti-feminist, MRA, etc are treated.

I don't believe vaccine might have caused it either. But, Niki posted she was concerned. She wanted to research before taking it. The media and left could have invited her and educated her. Instead they started lying, insulting her, called her crazy, Twitter temporary ban, threat from newspaper reporter, the whole shebang. This kind of action from left, what lead me to change from feminist to anti-feminist.

We need to adopt some of the feminist toolkits to progress their agenda. Highlighting the issues men suffer from, with detailed emphatic narrative. Claim victimhood without shame. Bring in female allies. Mostly family members, wife and some friends. Romantic partners are not ally most of the time. Forcing gender neutral terms on every women's issue possible. Which helps recognise the struggles. Society needs to recognise, What men suffer from is not exactly the same as women. For example, Most w…

Slut Shaming😂.I don't believe in the term "Slut Shaming". The meaning of the term has changed endlessly and used to attack men as well. I said well maintained facial hair (professional styles) is reasonable, so should be for female. As Dave Chapelle said, If you wear a police uniform, I would think you are a police. If you wear a whore's Uniform, I would think you are a whore. Rest of your argument is just to insult male gender.
/r/MensRights19/09/21 04:05 PM
1

Exactly my point. It's sexist to force male to hide masculine features. If they had said facial hair should be well kept, that would be reasonable. FYI not most school, a few schools. The once that don't restrict the fashion choices let female students get away with any level sexualisation. Schools are model after professional environment. Sexualising once self is not a valid professional skill to develop, unless the female students are eyeing on stripping and Only fans.

If they had rules for girls, like clean shaven legs and facial hair. Hair should be worn in a top bun, no other styling. Skirts knee high, no more revealing . Shirt needs to cover until two inches below Adams apple. Only sports bra. No facial make up and only antiperspirant no deodorant or scents. Then it would be equality and reasonable.

Republicans have been insisting to stop babies out of wed lock and unholy sexual union. That was one of the reason to stop abortion. Regarding censor in main stream.😂 For starters the redpill movie was banned in Australia. Several YouTube channels are still demonetized, which fall close to redpill philosophy. I am redpilled only in the sense, that I have to dig deeper to form my own opinion. How the redpill community acts and their inference from the data is their own opinion. I think calling every thing rape is the problem. Killing is charged with several levels of intensity, like 1at degree manslaughter, 2nd degree upto criminal negligence. Forcefully taking a woman and forcing to have sex is rape. While retracting consent is also rape. This is extremely demeaning to real rape victims.

" I just want fuck you and nothing less" that's Sexualising. This is a dangerous attitude. I am leftist, but the Owerton window has moved so much that people think I am right. I still believe equality is from left. Just because today's lunatics are calling themselves left, I won't change my position. I refuse to comply to public narrative, I am a leftist.

A simple "your crazy" will suffice. It will make them doubt their assumptions. That should leave them in an ambiguous state of self doubt. Next time they will think twice and not spout these vicious narrative on us. My assumption is people are blindly following instructions from feminist theories. They don't analyse whether feminist assumptions are backed by facts and reality. If you can't have long form conversation, question their sanity and leave.

Your comparison is inherently wrong. Courts are there to sentence guilty people. Every other law needs evidence to convict a person. Feminist narrative doesn't care about false rape accusations because it doesn't affect them. Guess what, I don't care until presumption of innocence recognised and false rape accusations are equally punished.

I didn't say men saving women, is masculinity. It happened to be his sister(female) here. I meant men tend to risk helping people around them.

Men instinctively put ourselves in harm's way to protect. You would have done that, but you might not have realised that. That's true masculinity. Edit (due to misunderstanding): I didn't mean men need to save female. I meant, men tend protect people around them, both male and female.

After getting personally affected by feminism, I reformed my behaviour towards women. I don't know if it's the right way to deal. Certainly not the moral way to handle. I am not throwing a fit here. I certainly like women. I am tired of being the responsible person in the relationship and not being reciprocated neither with integrity nor with responsibility. My experience is anecdotal, I know. But, I can feel the cultural shift. I will be the one to take the damage if some thing goes wrong I just want to increase my odds of leverage. No straight headed male would date a feminist ugly or not. The society has started giving women perpetual Victimhood, doesn't want to hold women responsible for their action. There is no incentive to legally commit to a marriage. As a man you are expected to protect, provide and commit in a relationship. I am not doing that anymore.

Others have busted the prenup myth for you. Either way under the law when you marry you go into a contract. You Really don't care about men's rights or equality. You are changing goal post again. Feminists are ploughing down men in western society. Children are by default given to women. Child care, alimony, separation of wealth, etc is brutal. I think you are getting informed about palatable feminism, from mainstream media. The current narrative of feminism is not about females suffering in poor countries. Its about cancel culture, deplatforming, speech is violence. Straight white male is the evil by their very existence (I'm not white) They point at western society men and call them evil. When asked why & how? "women are getting raped and slaughtered in non western countries". Which everyone accepts. "why are you questioning feminism…

This sounds like dystopian reality we are leading to. In every totalitarian history that I know of, there was a single entity suppressing the ideas. Now the social media is organically censored by society itself without a single totalitarian ruler. Censoring is done under one pretext "its hurting me". I can recall Jordan B Peterson(physiologist) at an interview in BBC "In order to find the truth, you need to risk offending others"
