It's a good point. Too many have the gym tax on confidence

I've seen both work. I find the 2nd one a bit harder because I have more experience of it or working that trips me up

Stating the obvious, there is negative social proof on the cold approach. Just that social aspect. Tinder is socially acceptable to younger people. More socially than a cold approach. Cold approach takes a while to learn. One of the reasons is that society puts a bit of a price on it because society is dependant on it not working. Society is created from introductions, social circle, status. This is why cold approach is difficult but also why it's so beneficial because you are breaking out of so…

Agreed. And it's a massive freedom to be able to do this. Others are stuck with trying to get some friends together to x, y... But if you can go it alone the world is your oyster

I'd love to touch her on the shoulder and say quietly 'I'm not going to touch you ok'

Sorry to go offtopic but I was interviewed by a guy with this once. I didn't know at first. With less body language it took me a while to figure out how the guy is (an asshole). Always wondered if I could have done better. I did my best to handle as if it wasn't an issue... But it's a job interview so that seemed like pc taking over

Politics? Edit: I can imagine the feeling. I'm in a long term relationship... Maybe even marry if I can figure that out (frame as signal to society rather than a submission?)... I don't like that I meet less people with her. It's like a habit. Maybe that's the problem - not nessesarily pickup but social in general. I'm trying to open the relationship because I feel this is essential for it working out but she's a bit paranoid to be honest

So true. Get a good life to get a woman. But with a good life you don't need a woman. And sometimes... A good woman is a cost in a great life. So... Go to temple.

There's a sweet spot to the excuse fundamentals of money, health and love. Too much and the return in investment diminishes. What's the sweet spot income? What's the sweet spot on good looks?

Try to go back and figure out where it. Comes from. Reply the scene in your mind as a movie and tap. On it

Your friend did it wrong. It was invasive and disrespectful. Aka uncalibrated. You touch gently in a testing way, back off, see how it goes first. You can go all in like he did but you can't read someone from behind

What's your position at work? What are your friends like?

Yeah. You're supposed to feel social with it. But how can you be social with everyone? I just know I've done it when tipsy and happy, saying hello to everyone, eye contact everywhere. Then go to sleep and it's gone. Create a anchor to a particular situation and do it in those situations rather than randomly or all the time... As a coping strategy?

I've been able to be quite ruthless when it's been demanded of me in some ways and I put it all down to broken hearts before.

If you can't hook them in 30mins it ain't just your looks sister. Better learn some game. How massive are we talking... And some women carry it well anyway so it depends. Giving up is good. But also good to be fit and fast or not, and a mind fuck

I'm coming mid 30's and I've found it only gets better and better. But then I like proper relationships rather than mindless messing around

The example in the OP are pretty pedestrian. There comes a point where you have to say 'I can't pass this test', 'this isn't safe'. There have been times where a girl has taken me into a dangerous situation deliberately. A dark alley, metaphorically speaking. When I see danger I preempt it and avoid. That's how I deal with it. She wasn't allowing that. She was repeatedly bringing me into such a situation. It was at that point I realised I'm not good enough for her in this way. I realised she's p…

For me it's more that I prefer to fix something than have a relationship. Once foxed the best thing is that it doesn't continue. That's what I used to think. Now I realise that it can be good but in the most the problem person becomes a problem for you too if you're not smart.

Well at least she's honest I suppose. Being judged by a job is frustrating, especially when you know this income is right for you. This girl sounds exactly like the kind of a-hole we don't like and aren't attracted to. She needs to put real quality time into developing herself as a better person. She has no depth at all. That's why guys will only screw her. We only do even this for the ego validation. Its not really something worth fighting for. To be a better person takes time to learn. Conside…

If you don't feel entitled I'd expect a struggle with that. But... Sometimes it works anyway so I hear. If you get a success this way then next time you're a little higher on the ladder. I'm flirting with hotter women than before but if they look at me first I still sometimes catch myself looking down or whatever it is that in my head I am basically telling them this is a bad product. Which is crazy. I guess one way can be to plow after rejecting myself as eventually I'll get lucky... But I don'…

If you haven't experienced game from a woman then you're not on your own game yet. Sorry. Women do pretty much everything a man can do but the ones you notice are the ones more specific to women. Of course women flirt! Just like you do: - joking back, taking your flirt stronger back to unnerve you or just messing around - working into a gang of girls to try to get you to stripteeze for one of them... Is that a shit test to fall for or just do it?? - act vulnerable and stupid in an obvious way to…
