Sometimes a mini meditation. Deep breath. Think about nothing. and walk over with a blank mind (overthinking is the enemy)

Sometimes pure lust. Look at her how I want. Ass, tits, face, legs, whatever I like. Imagine her how I want. Imagine her naked, on her back with her legs open or bent over with her ass on display. Get turned on. Then say the phrase to myself "I have to talk to this girl".

Social momentum is a good one, being in the mood like ur on top is good too. Or put on the super calm and collected demeanor a of your favorite bartenders. If those don't work, I use the hypnosis excessive Ross Jeffries describes in the game, but I do it to myself. It works well enough to clear out any unwanted emotions, is simple, and can be done before going out.

I have no magical tricks, but what works for me just thinking every girl I open might spawn a great relationship. What if that girl sitting on the park bench vibes with you 100% and you really have a deep connection with them?... or what if you walk right past and never know? This is motivation for me to never be scared - if I open, I did my part and took action. Just walking by is scary.

That's not to say each girl is 'the one', or even the one exists. I actually don't believe in it. I do know you just vibe more with some people than others. That one you skip might be that one that you're 95% compatible with on many levels.

On a very recent cold approach to a pretty redhead at a grocery, I told myself, "alright, chicken shit, you mean to tell me that you walked all this way to simply stand near her and do... nothing?" Instant pressure release which made me physically chuckle, and opened to her.
