She’s banging someone else. Protect yourself. The court will give her the kids and you’ll pay. Hire an attorney and quit being a doormat

The cost. If we won big lottery money where we could split the winnings and I could retire then I’d file. The issue is the lack of physical intimacy. The “just enough” to snag me decades ago is now hugs and a kiss when she needs it. She contributes and we don’t fight since we agree on most things. The issues of disagreement don’t outweigh the financial devastation and having to live in an apartment with a full seperate garage size storage unit. (Again). Not gonna do it. I’ll deal.

Sorry to hear this. She probably thought the kid would “fix” her. If she wanted divorce before the kid and you “worked” on it, I bet if you reflect on who did the work, it was you. Take back you the single guy you and make decisions for your child as best she allows. Read up on your states civil laws. Most post family law online. Guard your heart as it will be ripped out. Bro 😎 hugs from us all

I feel for you man. Us people pleasers get run over and unfortunately we “deal” with it and not all that healthy. Both my ex wives used me as a sperm donor and income source via child support. Full custody and didn’t give a dam about my rights and visitation. Courts don’t give a shit they just want money. My therapist 25 years ago admitted to me that as a Christian therapist he was very sad to see the proclaimed Christian ex wife use me as a sperm donor and when he said it to me I finally realiz…

Now worries on the judgement. I appreciate your being smarter than me. I’m genX and so is 3rd wife. Met in mid 30s and she had her shit together as compared to the other 2. This last marriage was/is a result of myself being more needy than her. People do change over 25 years as far as who they are in relation to the other persons needs or wants. We get along and no strife. That is a big thing when priors were all about manipulation and their agendas. I’m a different man now than I was at 35 most…

2x before for babies and child support. Prior deletions gave them a conscience as “chads” ruined them and they settled for me. One was very short “dating” and pressure from families (very young) 2nd played long game and finally got pregnant the very last time we did the deed. Both exes filed for divorce left for family at 6 months of babies age. You’d think I’d learn but nope. 🙂‍↔️ 3rd and last marriage is similar to yours although no kids, longer together and she actually does help with house a…

Does she work at all ? See an attorney for 1 hour consultation and know your financial numbers. If you don’t know you need to. Don’t let her control that too.

I got nothing for 2 separate daughters with 2 ex wives. Yeah she’s being a c. Lawyer up and force the issue if you have the money. Daughter still might hate you like the publicized Baldwin celeb. Oldest daughter is now adult with family and I asked if she remembers demanding I drive her home 3 hours away Christmas Eve as she “missed he mom” and was only with me 2 days before this. She was 12 and had a stepdad so not like it was not used to being around a man. She said “yeah I was sensitive then …

Keep your soul my man. Don’t let any woman use you like this again. Manipulation for some people is a skill they truly enjoy using. She flat out used you the whole way. No matter the “good times” she was using you.

No you didn’t nuke marriage. Just don’t overthink it. Be strong you. Not dickish per se. Just text her basic shit you normally would. You have to be ok with your behavior even when you screw up. As far as the whiskey dick issue don’t drink beyond 1 to just take edge off. You want to be strong and present when doing the piping. Remember as you age you process alcohol differently. I personally don’t drink at all before doing any bedroom fun but the wife needs some lube.

lol. Divorced 2x but married 3rd and last. The $300 a week thing is almost my current wife’s outlay. I’m scanning receipts and letting the software save the stuff and read into excel. I was checking the auto categories and found “CASH” lol. She spends $150 but gets $100 cash back and it’s buried in the receipt so unless you check you don’t know. From joint house account too. lol. I’m aware of the gambling and she puts money into the same account so I’m not bitching per se, just being aware of th…

The courts don’t care about you. I know you’re heartbroken. Many of us had kids and ex wives lied same or worse and lived on 35 miles away. Might as well be 2 hours or across country. They don’t care and poison the children. Your girls might remember your care but probably not as much as you are putting the effort in. Soul crushing is you break yourself for them and they later go “meh”. Take care of you first. Hard to do. We men give ourselves and bums like your ex and mine take advantage of us …

He needs to go back to courts for the child support and have it modified. Explaining that hes making less due to economy. It might take a year for a hearing to reduce it, it always is like pulling teeth for a reduction, but they smash increase’s through in 30-60 days. M effers. I know because i was a dumbass and didn’t petition when i was on unemployment. The state child support just let me pay less but accrue a balance (that I didn’t know about) lol jerks. Help your bro out and get him to get t…

Congrats. I hope you and your kids enjoy a lifelong relationship. I’ve been ghosted by mine due to my ex poisoning the well and no reasonable recourse. It’s been 9 years since she turned 18 and said over the phone “you’re not dying so I’m not talking to you” I’m so glad to hear when fathers or bio dads (I had very few hours of visiting up until legal age) reconnect and at least talk. Cheers !

Hoe phase confirmation even in menopause IF the financial reason exists. 2nd ex wife tried to trap daughter’s boyfriend dad after marrying him. Tried to get 401k of new husband after 2 years married.

This is critical. Child support requires court to change once court sets it. Trust me the raise in one months time but will take up to a year to lower it and there’s not much you can do. Court is rude to dads that ask nicely for easy things. They are all run by the fem

Well when A woman hits the men on pause age (menopause) it’s a reason or excuse for the bedroom fun to die. So if that’s the only thing then it’s me waiting until I lose interest in that due either to physical or mentally being done. Not there yet so thus frustration. I’m working on me and maybe my self improvement will influence her. She’s not easily influenced so it’s my reality. Yeah I did marry for love this time. 3rd and last marriage.

You need to get 45k of that money. 1/2 is yours. My ex pulled this shit decades ago and possession in 9/10ths. If you don’t get 1/2 you need to negotiate that amount into the divorce settlement. STAND YOUR GROUND MAN. Find your nuts and hold ‘em close.

So I’m married 14, together 22 . Bait and switched me after the wedding. Slowly. Still the things that frustrate me aren’t bad enough to divorce. Now we are too interwoven to divorce. Older by 20 ish years than you. She’s only 2 years older but raised similar to me and we get along and share some hobbies and have our own. No kids. So 2 mid 30’s adults who married later. Almost like you. Knowing what I know now I would have paid her what I owed $$ her and left. Good person but I’m the one that’s …

Force the sale while you Can get top $$ before market tanks and you lose. You already lost by her divorcing you. Women do this shit all day every day and we stupid men fall on our dick “for the kids” etc. insert victim here——- get your money now ‘cuz she will shaft u later no matter how nice you think she is.

In my state the look at your job history and if you do that they say you’re “under employed” and don’t lower your child support. They fuck you hard. Best to pay the “best negotiated” and hope your ex isn’t a cunt or doesn’t become one. Good luck with that.

Just be glad she didn’t make up the “abused them” statement. She still could. The judges always favor the woman and you are guilty and can never prove innocence. I’m estranged from my 2nd exes kid (girl) she’s adult @ 26 and has nothing to do with me. I’ve attempted many communications but am ignored. Last we met I realize now was a foodie call as she was broke in between boyfriends and paychecks. I didn’t get to raise her and I realize i was totally used by a hoe in sheeps clothing for a makeup…

As a 55 yo with 2 divorces under my belt and about 250K in total for child support. Depending on your state you can actually go to their major state website that should have the child support schedule. Now see here. You make ALL the money thus you pay all the value of support. Each kid has a value based on your income and their age. 12-18 you pay more. I’m only talking from my shithole of a state Washington. total feminist’s ruled the courts and support since the early 80’s. The way they look at…

Holy Crap guys I appreciate the discussion and I agree with your_vital_essence on some points. Being married doesn’t mean I’m a SIMP. I will admit to being one in the past and MGTOW advice about improving oneself in general is good advice no matter what your relationship status is. You gotta’ be cool in your own skin. I am. My wife wants me to improve as I could lose 15 lbs and gain some better muscle fitness. I do have a physical job but its not the same as working out with weights to a defined…

MGTOW is not a front for homosexuals. This guy is delusional and an idiot. I don’t know whom you called into but I’ll be sure to not find out and waste any time watching him, I’m married and not eligible for MGTOW (yet) but I can see it in my future for reasons. I agree with the philosophy in this day and age of “guilty and never innocent no matter what” court system. Been dragged through courts and child support and most men have no idea women are schooled in “how to get aide” from any and all …

Hell yes they do. I was a broke simp 2x to the tune of 250K as a medium income earner.....wrecked me financially for 30 years. The shittiest thing about being a simp is both girls by two different losers don’t care about me at all. The 1st does a lil bit. 2nd one (the most toxic ex) hasn’t spoken to me in 4 years and has ignored me since she was 9. All due to her mom and her own choices. It devastates you emotionally because you think “someday”...those days never will come. I give my advice to th…

Old maids are real even in this century. Various reasons others have stated. I suppose if you are skilled you can bed them but it’s a lot of work...if they haven’t used their pussy much in years it and they don’t respond like a woman who is this age and enjoys sex.

Did you learn anything positive from this stepdad about relationships? We witness things IRL and see people we count on “mother’ as the default. Not realizing that some things are bad, not good, not “normal” (loaded quoted word) Even the words “bad” “good” are now in dispute easily on the internet. Everyone can find like minded people to support whatever they believe. My parents used manipulation and emotional abuse as there form of love Name calling and derogatory adjectives “dumb” “stupid” “as…

Having been raised by parents that hated each other but stayed together for religious reasons and the fact no one else would have them at later ages, It truly sucks from the kids standpoints as they know whats up. Therapy for yourself is more important. You need to work on you as your statements only are hints to deeper issues. “I fell in love right away” “bad place in my life” “felt so good to love him” Loving someone because you’d prefer to put focus on someone other than yourself is common...…

Sounds like you aren’t even good roommates. It won’t get better with him. I think YOU need to work on yourself. You begged him to take you back. Why? I’m gonna say because you want a person who despises you over nobody. Been there done that. It’s worse than misery. Now I have someone who loves me and I love her and it isn’t all roses and chocolate, I love myself much better than I did when I was in a negative toxic relationship. You gotta take care of you.
