Fine, do your own research then. If you want to let your money sit in a bank and lose value, thats up to you.

Probably the best time to invest, if you have the means to do so

I think everyone can relate in someway to this story. While OP literally lost his unicorn, most of us "lost" our unicorns when we unplugged and realized they never actually existed. In a way, I (and I'm sure some of you too) still miss that naive feeling of having found that Disney-esque love that was going to last forever. Until it didn't. Good shit OP, glad to hear you are doing better.

Nope, "There is another dude" is the correct form

Girls aren't born with high n count dude, no reason to doubt OP's assumption

Dont worry, just like you got this girl, you will get the next one. And you'll experience all of that all over again. Good to hear you're doing better bro. Stay tight.

Well when those people say they are getting results, I'm guessing they are refering to improvements in their social lifes. You are obviously not going to tranform into a playboy overnight just by applying TRP principles.

Dude, if she's a "model and a babe" like you said, don't you think she is getting railed by someone? Just being honest here. And trust me, I've also had my share of oneitis that I thought were pure and heavenly. Now if I catch myself thinking too much about a girl, I deliberately remind myself that she is probably fucking other dudes at the moment, even if it isn't the case at all. Just helps me not fall into that illusion of perfection.

Holy shit. I did this with my last oneitis and it worked wonders. Everytime I thought about sending her a text or something like that, I would go and read that letter. It made all of the emotions I was feeling back then come back as I read it, reminding me of why that shit wasn't ever gonna work out.

Bro, if this was your Blue Pill rock bottom/Unplugging Moment, you were luckier than most guys. Glad you're here nevertheless. Welcome on board.

She probably gives him just the right ammount of attention to keep him around as an orbiter, basically keeping his fantasy alive.

This story made me cringe pretty hard. But I'm glad you found TRP and want to become the best version of yourself. That being said, you have to drop that "I'm always gonna be a loser deepdown" mentality. The vast majority of us here were once beta bitches, some more than others. If you don't believe me go read my own unplugging story that i posted a while back. I'm also a fairly recent member, but I can tell you: looking back at what i was, I already feel like a completely different person (even…

Holy shit dude, your story is so similar to mine, you should check it out, I posted it a couple of weeks ago. I bet you will relate to it as well. I also thought a lot about if I was being used or if she really cared, but in the end I realized she just enjoyed my company due to my utility as a source of validation, life advice and school help. It's a pretty depressing thought I know, but that's just the situation we got ourselves into by not escalating and being generally beta pussies. Learn fro…

Massive respect for having the guts to turn her down. I don't know if I would be able to do it, but I guess I'm still swallowing the pill.

Holy shit you have no idea how right you are. I realized that after I stopped talking to her.

You seem to be asking questions you already know the answer to. Is she not interested? Then why did she match on tinder? She was interested, but you probably scared her off by wanting to talk through the phone too soon (looking clingy) and then triple texting her closed the deal (you reference that you do this often and it scares people away. Why the fuck do you do it then?!) Also, what kind of bullshit excuse is "not knowing a workout routine" or "not having headphones" do you realize how ridic…

I don't agree at all with your mentality. I understand that you feel good by helping others, but you seem to have a big Inferiority Complex in the sense that you actually enjoy beeing the sidekick (or "the little helper") in someone else's life. I used to feel insecure about how I looked compared to them, but that went away once I developed a sidekick mentality. Basically what you are saying is instead of improving yourself to get to their level (or at least see them as equals), you prefered to …

This is so true, you may think the "good girls" aren't looking for Chad Thundercock but they totally are. Like you said, sometimes it's just the way they were raised, but that's just a facade to the raging libido behind it.

Yeah in his last album he had tracks like GOMD where he would just go crazy. In this record he just sings about "the love of his life" and how he wants to do everything for her. Pretty depressing if you ask me.

Yeah, one of the reasons I took so long to make a move in the first place was that I actually "valued" our friendship and didnt want to make things weird. But, as you know, that got me nowhere. And I asked myself: "If she wasn't hot would I care to spend so much time with her as a friend?"
/r/TheRedPill23/12/16 01:10 AM

Well you're right, I just thought I had her when our mutual friend told me that thing.

Cmon I didn't pin it all on the girl. If you read the TL;DR and some of my replies in the comments you'll see that maybe I just worded things badly. I just said "awalt" in the sense that I actually believed this girl was something special, that she didn't go for random dudes in clubs, but she wasn't, and I accept that.

I don't really mind the criticism as long as it's constructive. I mean some dudes just come here and call me a beta cuck like I didn't assume my mistakes. I'm just here to learn.

I actually ordered No More Mr Nice Guy on Amazon yesterday, I'll read it ASAP. I've been actually reading a lot of TRP Theory and recently started lifting, but the part about focusing less on women is the hardest for me, I feel that I'm always subconsciously thinking about it as the end goal of my improvement.

I actually bought that book as a Christmas gift for myself this year.

Wow you actually pinpointed the "Afraid of commitment" thing perfectly. But I wish she just had told me from the start that wasn't attracted. I don't think I would see her as rude, in fact it was the answer I was expecting when I told her how I felt. What she said led me on a fantasy world that was eventually shattered.

Thanks man, I think it's better to learn from these young love bullshit situations and open my eyes early on than to stay blue pill forever and get into a fucked up marriage or something like that. The Super Bowl is mine to take.

She didn't betray me, she just let me down since I thought she was different. I mean this girl called me her "best friend" and knew exactly how I felt about her and still didn't stop a second to think how I might feel about her doing that in front of me. I know it seems petty, and of course I can see why she acted the way she did, but blue pill me just thought that we had some invisible bond that would prevent us from getting with other people.

I blame myself above anything else in this situation, but I do have a lot of anger towards her that maybe I shouldn't have.

Ok maybe "true colors" was a poor choice of words, but what I meant by that was that this was a very shy girl, she was a top student and even though a lot of guys hit her up in college, no one could get to her. I thought I could get it in the long run (of course my plan was shit) and it would be worth it because she was my unicorn. But in the end, she just wasn't that princess that I thought she was: because there is no such thing I don't blame her for that, I was the blind one

Thank you. I almost felt ashamed in a way when I was writing this, but you can't just hide away your past, it's better to learn from it.

You're right I couldn't handle it. But I guess my anger stems from the fact that, in a way, she played me (I know I'm to blame for that too) in the sense that she told me that she felt something and we went back and forth but then she told the next guy that he had been on her mind for so long. I don't know, honestly, I shouldn't care anymore, still dealing with that in a way.

Thank you for not shooting me down. I still have so much to learn, as I can see from this thread. But I'm glad to have posted, as when i first started reading TRP (after this incident), one of the posts that really made me realize the Truth was one just like this: a blue pill story, to which I could relate a lot.

Yeah since that group of friends disbanded I kinda cut off my female friendships, I realized that anything that a girl can give to you as a friend is always less than what a bro can give. Although there are some cool girls that i don't have any sexual interest in that i enjoy hanging out with.

Hey this wasn't easy for me to write. I'm not proud of the way I acted, but I'm admitting my mistakes and looking for improvement. Obviously I still got a lot to learn, for example: reading the comments I can see that it doesn't make sense to talk about true colors when she just acted how any girl would act faced with an alpha and a beta.
/r/TheRedPill22/12/16 11:42 AM

Yeah maybe I didn't stand a chance from the start, but if I could go back with a TRP mentality, I would have acted very differently. Maybe it would have worked maybe it wouldn't.

I agree, I am entirely to blame. I fucked it up. I just meant that I really thought that she was different (would go for a nice guy), but in the end she wasn't, she was exactly like any other chick, and I understand why, so I obviously cant blame her for that, I can only improve myself and move on like you said.
