i’m in the same boat. i’m only here for my son because i can’t afford all the costs of living out here in oregon. shit sucks man. my wife is verbally abusive and i dread coming home from work or the gym. the gym has helped me a lot with my depression so try that out! therapist help a lot too. find closure within yourself.

that’s what i’ve been doing and i think i’ll have to do.. we’ve tried therapy before before my surgery and then once we moved we stopped and i mentioned it the other day and she said she won’t go to marriage counseling or therapy anymore. maybe i can change her mind though but that’s the last that we talked about it.
