When you are in the office you are the most important person to them. That’s the time to ask every question. The minute you are gone you are one of many and their attn shifts to the next client. TL;DR Be the squeaky wheel if you want to get answers. 2.If they email you and you have questions about the subject put them ALL in the …

I was in the gym at 6:45AM. 45min of cardio, then 45min w/ trainer. I’ve lost 85lbs since she filed in Feb and I found out about the other guy. I feel great. My adult kids are w/ her this week. I see them Friday. The future is not a given, but you still have to get up everyday and make it yours. One day at a time. Make the right choices for yourself. Stay strong.

In a year you will realize how much being with her was holding you back and causing you pain. Best thing you can do is move on. Just fight for everything in the divorce.

Just remember…they know at least six months before they tell you or file. There’s no going back. Burn the boats.

Thank you. I’m still in the middle of it but the gym is the best part of my day.

I was 330lbs last Oct when she started her affair. I’m 262lbs today. Go to a gym 7 days a week. Get a trainer if you can afford it or take classes like Grit, TRX and Body Pump. Do both. Put in a couple of hours a day. Throw a lot of med balls.

Take the pain and get it out. No secrets. Don’t hold back. Use your therapist to protect your sanity, protect you from being gaslit, protect from doing something stupid. Most of all align yourself with the truth. Own your mistakes, be accountable. Don’t listen to her. Get away as fast as possible.
