Most likely, but this is literally the third one I looked at: http://www.naplesnews.com/story/weather/hurricanes/2017/09/18/collier-man-dies-ccso-custody-after-curfew-violation-arrest/678346001/

so If we use proof in "Crime" cases, we fall into the patterns of "Crime" deniers. Its a labeling thing. we can use terrorism, hate crimes, abuse, theft, or anything else really. Once we change the label to a fundamental action (as opposed to a specific one), the power of the label "symbol" loses its power for agendas/war/supremacy, and promotes its power for agreement/peace/equality Innocence until proven guilty, not the other way around.

Apparently, this is not safe for work, lol. It just keeps getting funnier to me, eventhough it is probably an inside joke (inside my head) at this point.

Which is unjust to anyone who does not understand the law, which is everyone in a system where the law usurps justice which is everywhere which makes it an Iatrogenic solution, which make punishment the problem itself. Therefore, we should find other ways that acutually make things better for everyone instead of making things worse for everyone.

The rules are that when you meet someone who refuses to admit they are wrong, regardless of the evidence, you are most likely talking to some form of brainwashed cult member or terrorist. Hence, don't waste your time. The rulse of bad company are: Someone who can't change the subject and, Someone who can't change their mind.

Probably because most people here are men, and may feel they cannot be "legally" raped, so there is nothing they can do about being raped. Only falsely accused. Also, supporting more rape reports doesn't make sense if the definition of rape is flawed, as the real rape victims that don't report will probably stay silent, whereas those that fall under the new definition of rape will come forward (since they don't have the same fear and other emotions going on that the real rape victims have).

I believe there was a time in China where the Judge would have to experience the sentence if he was wrong (if he sentences an innocent man to death then he gets put to death). Not saying it was a good system, just an interesting observation.

I'm not a big fan of punishment at all. How would you rehabilitate a false rape accusor? Sending them to jail could make them empathize for what they did because its almost identical to the crime (so in this case punishment isn't just punishment), but would educating the false rape accusor as to the suffering caused and then having them spend a year educating others (maybe like a Jehovah's witness for false rape) work better? I dunno. Victims sending abusers to jail seems to solve nothing for so…

This may be a stupid question, but...... Is there any actual scientific evidence that supports the female body no being able to compete with a male body if both train equally? I understand that estrogen and testosterone have different "steroidal (if thats a word)" effects, but I don't really consider long distance running a muscle building thing?

The second time. He was arrested for running after dark and then claims he paid the fine but the city didn't get it or something, so he was later arrested for the unpaid fine.

I've heard that calling women "psycho" is equivalent in terms of upsetting the other person. Slut is too common anyway. Now "Gutter Slut", that's offensive.

HA! You just triggered a memory of a nursery rhyme in grade 1 where girls were sugar and spice and everything nice and boys were candy and cotton and everything rotten. Lol, I remember it was in a book, but I hope it was the girls, and not part of the school curriculum.

Lol, as I was reading it at first I found it sexist against women. Maybe the idea is to offend as many people as possible for free press? No up-vote from me ;)

I got annoyed with what I think was a cottonelle commercial where the slogan was something like: "remember what your wife told you...get cottonelle" and I refused to buy it. However, I then forgot about it and can't be sure it wasn't charmin or something else and I can't find it on the internet so whoever wrote the ad can still get money out of me. It was also long enough back that I may have a different inference if I saw it again.

Agreed, I'd be okay with people selling a blow up doll and picture slot for your ex's face (or back or top of the head) too, but it doesn't mean its a healthy activity. Studies have shown that acting out aggression (on pillows etc) increases your aggression, so it really just makes the problem worse. But to each their own.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
