3	Why do people perceive approaching girls a bad thing?? Because it's weird that a stranger just approach you out of the blue. I would be scared honestly. Then again, depend on what culture that's present in your area. I would rather approach girls if we are in a setting, like an event, debate comp, school festival, club fair, or a place, school, tuition, or the event venue. I get what you mean, but your comments earlier implies that you shouldn't open up your emotions to a girl.
