Great Post. If you: 1. Buy Right (and it was easy to buy right prior to 1/1/2016); 2. Do some of the work yourself. 3. Keep cash/credit reserves REMEMBER many LL who purchased between 2009 and 2014, are ALREADY up 40% in equity (equity you can touch and use) and are benefiting as there are ACTUALLY many DECENT tenants out there are MORE AND MORE americans are being priced out or choosing to not buy AS THE COUNTRY polarizes between rich and poor. The OP here - like many others - has positioned hi…

If your financial and/or social game is up, that is a possibility. However, one thing college is great for is an opportunity to be around INSANE numbers of possible mates with similar backgrounds. (That, actually, is one of the reasons for the top tier more expensive colleges. A person can socialize (at the college and in the geographical area (boston, for example)) of other people of like financial/social status, even though there are always outliers. But, don't fool yourself. A woman who is a …

"at some point in my late 30s/early 40s when the options begin to slow down due to aging (but whilst I'm still slayer enough to pull in a real beauty) I will get married and spend the rest of my life playing the alpha husband. Stress free with multiple incomes and no kids to provide for. Sarging, travelling, going on cruises, keeping in shape with my beautiful wife. Genuinely breaking the norm and making married life a fucking dream." If you get married, whenever, the transfer of power HAS OCCUR…

Dude, great points, I have gone to school and lived in this environment and can confirm. I had friends in bean-town at Harvard and MIT, who actually HATED a large part of their college experience. However, remember this is only 1 world. It only matters if YOU buy into the hype, and swear this is the ONLY world to live. It is not. I have been fortunate to go other places/environs and there is so much more out there. LEARN SPANISH or another language and you may find that you can pull a STRAIGHT 1…

She is a sharp lady and presented herself where. She is also AUTHENTIC -- she presents herself as she is and people naturally like that. But, if she started REALLY talking and expressing her views, she would nto be as liked.

I know exactly how it works. FYI - ITS NOT THE STEM MAJORS CRYING ON TV THAT A COLLEGE DEGREE IS WORTHLESS AND THAT THEY CANT PAY THEY STUDENT LOANS. ITS THE MUSIC and other lib arts majors WHO ALL THOUGHT LIKE YOU -- "IT WILL WORK OUT IF I WORK HARD"

WAY too many dreamers on here. OP is right. Trump WON due to all the dis-enfranchised workers HOPING Trump is gonna get them a better job. you have to be SAVVY and smart these days - and these BS college degrees mixed in with high loans will make you obsolete.

and you omit the 99% of people with music degrees and college loan making crap. P.S. - if you buddy can play the guitar, his degree did not help him get in a heavy metal band

most business degrees - except accounting - are worthless. dont try to link STEM with business -- there is NO connection.

Academics are, of course, #1. So many people are just playing around. If you are disciplined, you will be fine. BUT -- and only kids from the upper classes truly understand this - college is NOT about a piece of paper. Its about making REAL contacts with people. A powerful network, INCLUDING profs, is why people are dying to get into Harvard, yale and stanford. Too many simple don't understand the REAL power of great network. Learn to study. LEARN HOW TO NETWORK. Its a LEARNED SKILL. I wish i ha…

A&M is a great "together" culture and a unique uni, but Austin is so choice. the entire free world has desired to move to Austin for the last 2 decades.

The real reason people like Michelle is that is was easy and safe. No one is really gonna fuck or date her, or have to vote for her. therefore, calling her awesome and pretty is an easy way to score points.

Dont despair - if you can find one, you can find another. Take the gut punch, invest in yourself, develop yourself, get happy, get healthy, and get OUT THERE AGAIN. If you are waiting until you FEEL like doing these things it may take years. DO IT and the feelings of wanting to DO IT will return.

Actually, there is SO much incredible information from elder men (and women.) You have to get PAST the "granddad- grandson" politeness, and also stop romanticizing them as "perfect better moral beings." Grandma sucked dick and Granddad rammed his meat in every asshole he could get. Many elders had less opportunity and were thus different - due to the opportunities. But Grandma, if you get her in the right mood, will honestly tell you most women are just whores in nice dresses who speak politely.…

Dont be fooled -- those mormon men make bank. When money is turned over and over multiple times in a group, it can have a synergistic effect. I know mormons who laugh at "respectable six figure job." BYU is not full of poor folk.

i have to agree. The whole Joseph Smith reading stones in missouri is insane, BUT the girls are - generally - respectful, lookiing for a man and family, and the families all seem to ACTUALLY like one another. I know so many OUTWARDLY happy mormons. Its kinda strange.

For every woman like that - there are a thousand like her basically using their sexuality like currency. Cock carousel, hitting the wall, hamstering, alpha cock/beta bucks - no sub has so ACCURATELY exposed the media/societal created sham that modern western women really are. Once the scales are removed from your eyes, you will never be fooled again. The facade is .. literally.. all they have. And now that men can see it.. they are .. shook.

Most women MADE DECISIONS to put themselves in that "deepest shit in life" Seriously. I have so many female friends and I have heard (and initially believed) the "man is a monster" who ruined the life of the innocent butterfly story a thousand times. Each time, facts were omitted about the woman doing all she could to get with/date/ mate with this loser when far better men were at the ready. Many women make their kids their world b/c they mostly hate one another and can only be friends with indi…
