4	I fucking hate flakes. I have only recently decided to commit to this. I've also put in place a "two duck" rule, where in I'll stop bothering and move on if I get ducked twice for clearly BS reasons. I don't always have a huge amount of success in this area, but I'm not about to put up with people suddenly becoming busy the day before or not showing up at all.
