Just wanted to say the idea of preparing for success is crucial to cultivating the subconscious trust in yourself that is so crucial to confidence. If you go out with no condoms and an unwashed asshole you are communicating something to yourself that may be a hindrance.

I'm 18. Been reading about pickup since I was 16 but I had always been far too terrified of my own sexuality do to my raising. Anyways, I have recently been actually meeting women and becoming more comfortable. I am excited to read what you have to say because I think it will help me get started. I found what you said about becoming a solidified man to handle a high quality woman especially poignant, that's something I have been working on a lot over the past 6 months. Looking forward to hearing…

I do this every time. Almost at least, and I feel like done right helps leave on a high and fun vibe. I usually say something like "I don't really care for serious pictures, so on 3 do something ridiculous: 1 2 3" I'm a pretty light hearted guy and I like taking silly pictures though, so do what's congruent to your personality.

Tony Robbins says something to the tune of "when you succeed you party, but when you fail you contemplate. And all great things come from contemplation.

Hearing that phrase "honored yourself" reminds me of The Pillars of Self-Esteem, one of my favorite and most impacting books, I need to read that again.

Personally I transitioned from smiling like Leave it to Beaver style walking down the street to more of a knowing smirk, what is it that I'm knowing? That she wants to fuck me. Anyways with that said, I either ignore it and maintain a stronger frame of being at ease, or with a light hearted comment call out her bitch facing me. Social calibration is huge in this, as well as doing it in such a way that doesn't convey that you're offended or on the offensive, but that you're teasing her for it. At…

I've found the most long lasting way to bring about non-judge mental presence to the moment is meditation. I have yet to find an equal substitute but I don't really desire to replace it anyways.

The way that I have been keeping numbers from going cold, especially if I'm too busy to schedule something, is to send the occasional funny quips/non-sequitur her way. I text in statements more frequently than open-ended questions because I'm not interested in having conversations over text. I usually mix an ever present sense of sexuality. Also I'm somewhat an asshole, so I like to say things that are "edgy" funny, to filter out people who can't handle how I am. Example: I was walking through t…

Perhaps a question as simple as 'So what are you doing here?' Followed by something along the lines of 'I'm doing [insert whatever it is you do] later, you should join me.' Exchange numbers, do the thing, if she comes cool, if not cool. For me the easiest way to pick up girls in a fluid and natural feeling manner has been to cultivate an atmosphere of doing awesome things on a regular basis. So that first of all you are having a good time with life, and second that you can bring people along tha…

I draw the line at the difference between lying and deceiving. Deception is when you claim you make such and such money to raise your value in her eyes, basically getting her to believe something untrue.(shouldn't be qualifying yourself anyways, but hang with me.) lying might be saying that you design rodeo clown costumes and accessories for a living, or some other outlandish thing, clearly in jest and not to subvert the truth but for the sake of banter and lightheartedness. One of Nathaniel Bra…

I found that book to be very valuable and insightful as far as just being a man in general. It really hammers home the idea of having your inner most purpose, a focus of your life that is higher than all else. It talked about relating to women as a man, really opened my eyes to how I relate to women. I saw how often I have been in such a logical state that my rigidity is repelling to women. Lots of nuggets of gold in that book, those are a few that impacted me.

After the jokes went over/around someone's head. I usually just make eye contact, smile, and lead the conversation in a different, perhaps more serious and literal direction by asking a question or voicing a thought. I find however that I don't enjoy being around people who don't understand my style of communication and relating, so in a way I find humor to be a sort of compatibility filter.

They just put in a frozen yogurt place across the street from a park not a mile from my house, I had like a visual of all this happening here. I'm a younger guy and haven't taken any girls out on dates yet, so this definitely helped me get an idea of what works and for a low cost too. Thank you. It is time to take action!

So I've really been enjoying these. I like how you aren't just like sole focused on getting laid, I've been like making it a personal point to enjoy the process of everything and just enjoying the moment, and it sounds like you already there! Hope all goes where you want it to with "the one"!

I heard a saying once that to cultivate self esteem you should do esteem able acts.

So I've recently been reading how to win friends and influence people. The book is a bit old but it has some great principles, I'm going to list a few you may find useful or applicable: Be genuinely interested in the other people. Smile. Remember that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language. (When someone tells you their name, commit it to memory, and actually use it when you see them) Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves. …

To be the best version of me. To do all the things I've wanted to but haven't yet. I'm learning guitar, going to Taiwan this summer to shoot photos, and Working out regularly again. I'm actually excited about life and passionate about what I'm doing in a way I haven't ever been before.

I really enjoy what he has to say! I feel like his method focuses on being the best man possible. I like it much better than just some lines to follow.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
