You are preaching to the choir, OP! I've experienced the same exact thing. I do great approaching but don't do in enough volume to have sustainable prospects. And I've connected with some very beautiful girls by meeting them in person. Where it's easier to have abundance in dating apps, but the quality is pretty dang low. Hang in there, buddy!

I love it dude. That feeling is amazing. I'm approaching completing one large milestone of my training program at work, and when I get there it's going to feel amazing I can picture the swaggerous walk I'm going to have moving forward .

Thanks for sharing and the encouragement man, I pray you are in a better place now. That seems absolutely devastating. I can really empathize with you. The best girl connection I've ever had in my 11 years of adulthood, didn't pan out three years ago. I've haven't had sex yet, or had a gf yet, which made it more painful. I literally have thought about her, prayed about her, and prayed for myself, every fucking day for the last three years. The glass half full approach is I've learned with those …

Hang in there guys. I was there at 24, I got laid off my job, still a virgin, living at home. With dating I've endured a lot of heartbreak and adversity but I was better for it. I've been grateful for all the numerous girl connections I've had. Despite not having a girlfriend yet to this day. But I promise it does get better. All things come with time and perseverance. Now I'm 28 coming up on 29, I have an amazing job, incredible Bach pad on the beach, and getting back on my approaches! With an …

Very sound advice, OP. This hits home for me, I've struggled in this area for years, but have not really taken action to work on it. But so far this year, I'm going out once a week and performing 2 approaches per week!

First off, I like your baseball analogy OP. Keep swinging for the fences, HR totals get you paid and laid. No one cares about bunting. In all seriousness, I agree with your last sentence. There's no substitute for approaching. Also, instead of viewing it as "screwing it up", view it as developing confidence through practice. Your inexperience is directly being transformed to experience through your current actions. Being process and not outcome oriented will really help you on that. Definitely d…

Nice approach OP. It seems you exuded a lot of confidence, and didn't let AA affect you. At the very least, this is experience you can carry over to the next approach.

That definitely provides value for me. I get that question a lot, and I feel like a nobody after I answer it with a "no". Good for you for not comparing yourself to other people and really killing it overall.

I feel like the best advice is just to limit the noise, and take everything with a grain of salt. No one has all the answers, and what works for other people might not work for you. The only way for you to learn is to try new things, approach, and get different experiences. You then can build on your experiences, and progress towards your goals. At the end of the day, it comes down to you to make your own decisions. It can be very overwhelming trying to take all sorts of advice, and applying it.…

Wow man shocker ending there. Obviously the vibes were there, and it's nothing you did. You had some serious balls and really applied a lot of good practice. I think you just gotta treat it as an outcome independent situation, and recognize all the positives in the approach/conversation process. Plus, it's just the start for you. You're in a relative new city for you, with new girls and a shit-ton of opportunities in multiple sectors. View it as great practice, and methodology you can carry over…

I firmly believe the only limits you have are ones you place on yourself. Both facets are totally on-point OP. Any specific examples you have for us?

Exactly keep it up brotha! It's really impressive hearing what you're doing and its motivating me to get out there too. The fact you're learning this seddit stuff during your early years in college and applying it, is going to pay big time dividends for you. I really look forward and enjoy reading your FR's.

Hey man I feel you. I have bipolar disorder too but I haven't really had that much experience with girls. It's a really challenging disorder to go through on a daily basis. Just keep putting yourself out there, and you'll be fine. I've been slacking on my approaches as of late so props to you for taking risks.

I like your point here OP. Can you give an example of when you've been on the receiving end of constructive criticism, and how you reacted and achieved your goals?
/r/TheRedPill19/08/16 09:20 AM

Besides the obvious, constantly do approaches in class, student buildings, join a club etc. The numbers game is strongly in your favor, take advantage and seize it. Eventually you will earn the fruits of your labor.

Good for you OP. If you're learning this material on seddit in high school then you will experience success sooner than a lot of people(including myself).

good shit man. It really is a long process, its important to break it down into goals and steps. Its not as easy as just "have confidence" and that's it.

I mean I definitely have issues with female validation. I like your point, I have to fill that void myself.

Those are good points man. Well,I've been exercising three times a week. Which is a game changer for me. I spend a lot of time with my family, I've been applying for three jobs a week after I got laid off. I've also re-connected with friends since I have more time now. Those have been my main focuses.

exactly man. Everyone has a baggage. 9 out of 10 times its never what you did or said.

Yeah this is 2012 Johnny, so a lot he didn't know. Yeah I agree, its way better to be yourself and honest, I think it shows more confidence too. Since you're not trying to put on a show or act tough. I'm just a sensitive guy so trying to balance my sensitive personality, and not spook them off, is a challenge too.

this example might be a little off, but here goes. Basically, I went on a few dates with this girl back in college, and we were texting all the time. I decided I liked her, so the next time we hung out I just told her you know 'I like you, we should continue seeing each other along those lines. After that, she pretty much shut me out and it was never the same. Obviously, this is an extreme example of your point, but its based on the same ideal. I've grown a lot since then, but I'm still fearful …

aw f*** man, thats the worst. You'll bounce back from this, and like you said take the positives to your next girl. Thats the great thing, no matter how bad it gets, there's always another girl.
/r/seduction29/03/16 06:22 AM

Number 1 it appears you have a lot of game. Number 2, not taking yourself too serious is a good move, with the "marriage" talk with the host guy. IMO, you should just let it be. You gave her interest, she was digging you. You just never know how much baggage people have. You're doing a disservice to yourself when you try and mind-read and over-analyze their motives. (Believe me, I'm the king of this). There's honestly, not much control you have now. You probably had better rapport than you thoug…

dude but look at from the positive. if one girl is thinking that, think about how many others are too. That's an easy fix for literally the next girl you see. That whole story is a net positive man, you just have to change your perspective on it.

That sounds like an awesome way to conquer AA. I'm going to try the directions angle. One thing that has really helped me might sound really trivial. But try and implement more comments as opposed to questions. People get more engaged exchanging comments instead of being peppered with questions. This is the most fluid method of general conversation, and gives more opportunity for humor and chemistry. Exchanging comments is pretty much exclusively the method in which we interact with our families…

I've also had issues with oneitis for a long time. I have improved massively in the last couple of years. Honestly, the key is to constantly meet and go on dates with multiple girls. I know its easier said than done, but it's the only way to conquer oneitis imo. I still struggle with it, but that's been my method so far this year. I haven't been completely successful with it yet, but I'm going to keep putting in effort in this front. I also struggle with taking things too seriously. I think expe…

Couldnt agree more with daturk 1. The only way to get rid of one-itis, is to talk to multiple girls at the same time. You get more relaxed, have more swagger and there is less over-thinking and more doing. That is usually my problem.

that's good insight man. I like the anecdotal deets you provided. I totally agree you on the body language and signals bit. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you say, its more feeling out the vibes and doing more action, as opposed to talking.

That's a good point man. I kind of feel the same way. I use to (and even recently) get really bummed about minor rejected. And let it bring me down. But now I view it as practice and and it ironically builds your swagger. How many guys out there, just sit on the sidelines and not take risks.

badass man! Way to step up to your fears, face to face and rise above them! That's awesome dude.

its not that big of a deal. She probably enjoys your company, and is good to see a familiar face. Since she's seen you multiple times, it wouldn't be awkward to ask for her number.

I feel the same way Mathiasblanc1. I graduated from college a year ago, and was on the best run of girl pursuits of my life. got 13 numbers my last semester, had swagger etc. Now I'm in the real world too and am in a similar position. It's hard to make girl opportunities, and then when I do, I put a lot of pressure on myself. Then it ends up not working out. And then I find myself in a multiple month dry spell. Very frustrating man. I guess the key is to seize opportunities at coffee shops, groc…

I appreciate it. That doesn't seem that bad when you put it in small steps. I've been striking out a lot lately, so this helps. I felt like I might have been a little too aggressive on my last date. But after reading this, it doesn't seem like I was. I guess the vibes weren't there. Thanks man!

No problem. Lately, I have been struggling breaking the touch barrier on my last few dates. I get nervous, and don't want to push the envelope too much. But I also don't want to puss out and not make a move. Any general advice on that? -thanks
