to get used to saying hi to women you need to get used to saying hi to people. because women are people. if you cant say hi to someone in an elevator, who happens to be some random guy, then you should work on that. you will be less vested emotionally in your interaction with random folks then someone you would want to approach. this will build your confidence. or go all in and say hi to every lady you see.

join a Lair. find wings. the ideal wing is someone whose willing to approach. tyler had a vid on this, when he was chode he was an approach machine so the better guys felt encouraged to approach too. I think any wing is better then none, because you might be willing to do one more approach, that u might not have done if they weren't around.

agree with tofu, at this point no one compares to RSD, they put in work and appear to constantly raise the bar when it comes to quality amterial they put out. I ahvent bought any of their materials yet, but if the free shit is good, the paid stuff must be mind blowing. from others that have gone, in general they love the hot seat. go out more and observe.

its true because they believe they will be rejected outright or they don't have the confidence to approach or believe that you are at a level above them. actually a female friend told me that another girl told her that if she wants a "nice" guy rather than assholes she would need to pursue the guy and talk to him. she did and now she is married. there is no way her husband would have ever approached, he thought she was too good. options: you learn approach or dress down, not beautify yourself.
